For the place: It’s located in the more modernised area of Hanoi and the apartments are located right on-top of the main coffee cafe which serves authentic local coffee. For the rooms: It was described perfectly according to the listing description, cozy living environment. Room amenities were sufficient & adequate which made us felt comfortable at home. For my trip we actually took a 1-day tour to Ha Long Bay harbour cruise which was a 7hr tour. This includes exploring the ha long bay offshore islands & other fun activities like kayaking & trekking. We totally enjoyed the tour arrangement & it was hassle free + convenient! A very caring & kind service ensuring that we are comfortable & safe at her place. Highly recommended to stay in Hanoi!

We loved our stay here the first time that we actually stayed at another one of the properties a second time. Super communication, loved both the apartments they were clean, felt spacious and were the perfect sanctuary in a busy city. They were both a modern style. They also had a washing machine and drier which was really useful. Highly reccomend, thank you for a lovely experience.

It was my first time in Vietnam and honestly, the traffic and constant honking in a still developing city was very overwhelming. But NYNA team made me forget about that. It’s new and extremely clean. I really loved the laundry room. Staff was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend NYNA House!
