Nothing much. Maybe the location, thats all but even then it was on the main road and noisy.

What I saw on the Booking.com site is not what I experienced. The first room I was offered was with a smelly toilet. Then I requested to be given another & was given a room facing the road which I had no choice but to accept. The breakfast was extremely poor. When the breakfast was ready, I went to the dining area but coffee was not ready. I requested for the coffee to be delivered to my room after I had the BF and after 30min they did not bring the coffee and I went back to the dining and coffee was there and they forgot to bring to my room. Service was extremely bad.

Front decks helpful gave early check in but charge..it's ok Very poor cleanliness.

Nothing very poor hotel Booking. Com should not put this kind of hotel in website. It's disgrace to the international website. I am very disappointed I travel a lot all around the world with low price I get good hotel with good amenities.

Property is located in prime area where the main Bus terminus is there. Just 10 mins walk from the Bus terminus and CMBT metro station. Comfortable stay.

Air conditioner should be reconditioned to have a better cooling. Water in the bathroom should have more pressure. Tap points are blocked. Also the drainage is not working in the bathroom. Informed the reception and no reaction on the their faces.

No Lifts Working No Restaurant/Room Service Food Has To Be Ordered From Outside Bed Linens Were ??? Clean No Bathroom Toiletries But For A Soap. Melamine Plastic Plates. No Glass In The Room. No Room Tea Maker, No Refrigerator Absolutely No Nothing For A Self Proclaimed 3-Star Hotel Which In Reality. Its a complete con for a hotel apart from a room, a bed and a tv which also doesn't work 😂
