The staff was super friendly to us, and especially to our 3 year old daughter. The breakfast is great, the rooms are very clean and the location is superb. We will come back.

NO AC. Its HOT and we can not sleep well.

Great hotel with a nice interior design. Everything went super smoothly, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Additionally, there was a high-quality Bluetooth speaker in our room, which made our stay even more awesome :)

Great vibe - music everywhere. Great design from the lobby to the rooms. Great bar (and barman) and restaurant. My room was comfortable and nice and quiet. The hotel is in a nice part of town with the river nearby. It's close enough to everything without being on top of all the other tourists. Would definitely stay again!

Nothing really, other than the mattress was perhaps a little too firm for my liking.

The location worked for us and the room suited what we needed.

Air conditioning wasn’t working and we should have received a discount or restaurant voucher for it.

Where to start.... Check in was not bad, man at the reception was helpful but not very nice. Was told that the AC was broken on one of the hottest days of summer and no news when it would be fixed, windows were not allowed to be opened and only was given a fan for compentation. Dinner was ok, food was not bad but the steak was completely cooked and harder to chew than beef jerky. Staff were relativly efficient however extremly rude and rough with us Asia. guest. Overheard one of the staff being racist saying "all you asians look the same" in German thinking we couldnt understand. Overall would not stay here again, with the weird rooms layout where the shower would quite literally leak out to the bedroom, the minimal efford from the staff of all departments it was not a nice place to stay.

Rooms layout was weird, no AC, lights where Hot. Staff were not friendly at all. Breakfast was a joke, to get additional SMALL glass of juice we would be charged extra.

The bar is a small niteclub holding parties that are very loud

the staff is very helpful and friendly, a special thanks to Saliha and Yasmin at the reception, they were very reactive

Great staff, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was regular, but hot meals as omelet can be ordered like on a la carte.

trust the reviews about the uncomfortable bed, unfortunately that is the only thing that can break the experience

Property is conveniently located close to the Isar river and English Garden. Quiet neighborhood. Great beds, nice view from courtyard rooms. Mostly friendly staff. Heated floors. Local beverages in the minibar are a nice touch. Great that the included breakfast includes eggs and fresh orange juice.

Bikes available. Could use a bit of cleaning and tuning up. Would be great if the music in the hallways started later than 8am in the morning. Tough to sleep in because you can hear it quite distinctly through the door/walls. On the whole, the staff was friendly and hospitable. A few points of friction related to some glitches with my reservations which would have made for a more comfortable stay without the interrogation. Breakfast team could use some training on the espresso bar and how to make drinks, foam milk properly, etc. but really friendly and comfortable. Would easily return.

Superb rooftop room with windows that open towards the sky.

Fun, funky and everything in the room on point. Good bar, too. Great spot all round.

The Wi-Fi’s pretty much none existent. Just so you know. I had to hotspot from my phone. This is my only minor quibble. Otherwise great!
