location is fair, out of the city center but very easy access to metro, close to malls and some coffee shops. the room is clean and well equipped except shower facilities like hand soup which was missing. during fair time this accommodation has very good value for money.

Location, there was a dishwasher in the room as well as an induction stove and some utensils and kitchenware.

Service in this place is absolutely horrendous and the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Our room had several spider webs around it and the bathroom had the occasional insect/bug crawling about; additionally, the hair dryer was nasty - had hairs dangling off of it. We went to reception and voiced our concern and asked if the spider webs could be vacuumed away and the hair dryer cleaned. We were told that it would get sorted within the day. Came back to the apartment in the evening to see that the spider webs were remaining in their places, hair dryer nasty as ever, and our request was completely ignored. So we contacted the property through booking with the exact same issues and were given the same promise as reception. However, only the hair dryer issue was resolved, the spiders and their webs were completely ignored yet again. As if that wasn't enough, our water was completely cut off. Went to reception and was rudely greeted by an older lady asking what I wanted. When I said we had no running water in the room, she backfired with an attitude saying we don't have water either, nobody has water. I asked when it's expected back and the lady got angry and yelled "I don't know, 1 hour, 2 hours, 5 hours, maybe 1 day." We understand that there might be repair work going on in the area, or a pipe could burst any second - it can happen to anyone, but treating your guests, that pay a good deal for your bug infested hole no less, with utter disrespect and rudeness is obnoxious. It's your duty to inform your guests of any inconvenience that has a direct effect on them during their stay. Your guests aren't supposed to chase you down to get the service they paid for. You owe it to them! P.S. there was absolutely no heating in the room and it got very chilly since the weather was proper autumn weather already.

the staff is friendly and helpful, great cleaning team, rooms have minimalistic interior, but they have all amenities you need.

some rooms had odor(not really bad, but I prefer neutral odor). I would like to have opportunity to hang the sign “do not disturb”, but they don’t have it, so several times I was woken up by personal who opened the door (don’t sleep naked if you are shy:))

You have everything you need for longer stays. Parking is very cheap too compared to other places. Regular cleaning is included. Olympia mall and park are very close. Supermarkets at walking distance. Friendly personal

Check in was not so easy, as I checked in over the weekend and noone was working.

Spacious room, large kitchenette, high ceilings, large windows

The only cleaning during the weekly stay was planned after the second night. Cleaning staff ignored my objection to entering the room, I had to stop my call with the client to make them leave my room.

The standard of rooms is high as well as bathroom and kitchen are equipped really well. Check-in is also really easy and doesn't require contacting the staff, if one arrives late at night. The bed is really comfortable, although walls are not the thickest it guarantee a well sleep. The room is also bigger than the photos show and that never happens!!!

No shampoo or soap. The table too small for business travellers with laptop and documents. Did not feel like at home - nonpersonal.

The location, comfort of the room and friendly staff were really good.

The room was clean however the regular cleaning of the room needs to be more frequently than once a week.

Nice and cozy room, pretty spacious, equipped kitchen with everything that might be need. A big shopping center nearby, with food and groceries. Air conditioning.

A little bit noisy especially in the morning.

The location is close to the bus stop, the metro station and a big shopping mall, a lot of supermarkets around. The staff was very helpful. I received a lot of mail, and they always brought it to the room. Cleaning every Friday was always done properly, with new fresh bed linen and towels.
