good service apartment and location

All the amenities were just superb. The staff were extremely cooperative, helpful and courteous. There was a problem with the kettle, and upon informing the staff, one of them promptly came to the room with a replacement kettle.

Nothing in particular. Everything was fine.

Pleasant reception staff. Food was fantastic as there are 3 restaurants which all provide a good room service. The breakfast selection was very mediocre.

Disliked · Rooms were very stuffy with the entire family waking up with sniffles from Day 1. There were also cockroaches seen in the room and outside in the corridor. Not entirely expected for a so-called 5 star accommodation. Also, after having booked 2 rooms for almost a week, when we asked for a late check-out in one room, they would only allow us till 3 pm (even though one room had been checked out at 9 am and we checked both rooms in at midnight). Beyond that, we were told there would be a charge applicable. As a result, we were hanging around the lounge in the lobby until 6pm, in time to leave to the airport, which also raised eyebrows in the Reception area.

Clean and spacious room

Customer service and first impressions. Any hotel does its best to either offer or communicate with empathy when there is something that they cannot offer like an early check in. But there was no attempt made to show an understanding considering my profile and circumstances of international travel. No one offered to pick or secure the bags while I waited in the lobby until check in time. I have seen this with hotels that do well temporarily. What they don't realize is the future impact when they are not fully sold and depend on the tiniest choice a prospective customer has to make in comparison to other hotels with competitive edge in service.

All facilities, Gym, bathroom, Swimming Pool, Sauna, Breakfast were really good. There is also an Apollo hospital next door in case of any medical requirements.
