• The apartment has family-equipped facilities: towels, shampoo & shower gels, cleaning agents, electrical iron, hangers & what we love most were the are extra pillows in each room. • Nice morning scenery of sunrise. • 2 mins walk to Paradigm Mall & 7 mins walk to KIP Mall (true as according to reviews). • Admin management was prompt when answering our queries in the group chat. • We felt safe because there are many security guards around & always check-on guests in out the premises, day & night.

• The jacuzzi pool not working. • Wish there are more English TV channels or Netflix to chill out. • Wish there is a good iron board that comes with the electrical iron. • We found small unharmful ants around the bedrooms & kitchen area but the admin management said they will rectify on that. • The main rubbish area is a bit far for guests to clear their own rubbish.

the location is good with walking distance to Paradigm mall.

The property is not really new like in photos and not maintained well - air cond not cold, key lock have to enter each time instead of direct card access, sofa already spoilt, the dustbin provided only 2 and so small🥵

The unit, its design deco and facilities and it is spacious. Parking also nice. The team manage the unit also nice people.
