The lift is broken down

The receptionist is really unfriendly and treat us with her sour face. Should train her how to be polite & well manners indeed.

Location was excellent! Staff were pleasant but too busy to really help. Jacuzzi worked but lacked the stopper so I used a plastic bag.
Very old and tired room Most of the things in the room are worn and overused. Hotel is in needs a major make over. Too close to the road, so one must use good ear plugs to get a good nites sleep.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, lock was broken, bathroom shower area leaked the first night but everything was working well.

really bad, room was dirty, bed linens had yellow stains, even a ring was left behind by previous guest. room had a stench. door rfid lock was spoiled. had to use a manual key by the housekeeper.

It was acceptable 2 years ago. But now the whole hotel is not maintained or in poor condition.
.They gave us a room where the water heater did not work. We unpacked and were asked to pack again to shift rooms. Very inconvenient.
Wonder why they don't know about their rooms before giving to people.

Call them never answered, the main door locked and cannot check in. Never reply anything, booking.com also not entertain me. The fee is paid and no one want to settle this issue
