Only the way how the property was presented, but the reality was disappointing. The management team was available telephonically but practical resolving of reported problems was not effected at all.

Apparently the property was fixed up in a hurry and within minimal budget. Although first necessities were provided, basic things which were advertised as amenities were not available: - WiFi Internet Access did not function - it was reported at the moment of moving in and the very basic telephonic instructions from the manager did not resolve anything. We were out of town at the same night and did not occupy the property for 2 days, expected problems to be resolved as promised. Upon our return and intention to stay we have noticed that nothing was done - I needed internet access for my remote work but unfortunately the property failed to deliver :-((( - We were assured that someone from the internet service provider should come at 9h00, then it was postponed for 10h00, then for 12h00 and we had to stay at the flat waiting for the technician. In the afternoon when we followed up I was told that probably they would not be able to make it, "sorry" etc. Disappointing! I have knowledge and experience in networking and internet and it was obvious that the WiFi probably never worked because the LAN connectors were not terminated according to the acceptable standards. - Bathroom was in quite sub-standard condition - toilet unit was shaking and sliding around at floor level :-((( , very unsafe and uncomfortable. Shower hosepipe was splashing water all around in addition to the shower head. Basin cupboard was with damaged stands; - Central Heating at bedroom and bathroom was disconnected and it was not pleasant at all during mid-December; - Our choice and decision was to vacate early which we immediately did (I needed internet access in order to work) and claim refund from the property which is still an ongoing battle. Would not recommend this property unfortunately and hope some improvements will be undertaken by the owner....
