The wifi wasn't working.
The room was really cold because the batteries for the air con remote were dead
There is no reception and you must enter your info onto a tablet which is very confusing
There was only one key for a group of us
The staff were unreachable during the time we stayed despite emailing them.
The key was left in a mailbox which we weren't informed of.
