We loved the location: so close to many of the popular tourist spots, yet quiet at night. It is easy to get to by bus and taxis stop right outside. Many cafés, bars and restaurants close by, as well as well-stocked supermarkets. Plenty of space for four or five people with a lovely lounge and comfy beds. A friendly, helpful, and welcoming host who communicates really well.

The location was perfect. Only 15 minutes walk to the Vatican and the host Luigi was very kind and flexibel. Three very large bedrooms and a nice kitchen and bathroom. A perfect place to stay when you visit Roma.

Our host met us and walked us around then property, explaining how things worked and offering advice on local highlights and restaurants. He booked taxis for us and could not have been a more hospitable host.

Nothing really - certainly nothing that could be changed. The front room sofa was a bit low but otherwise it was pretty much as billed!

Wow. such an amazing apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. Easy to walk to majority of attractions in Rome. Luigi was an amazing host meeting us at the apartment and had some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Very accommodating. would recommend to all travellers.

The apartment is vast & charming, we loved the huge parquet floored rooms, the old school building porter & wrought iron lift. The location could not be better with all major attractions, nice bars & restaurants all within easy walking distance. The owner Luigi was extremely helpful, he gave some recommendations regarding restaurants which we greatly enjoyed & even organised a taxi for our family of 5 to the airport, I left my laptop in the taxi, which once again Luigi stepped in & sorted out thank you so much!

Everything about the place is very good. The owner was very nice and accommodative. Please is walking distance from all the important places and touristic sites.

Fantastic clean and huge apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent as we were in Rome during a heat wave. Location is also great - it's across from Castel Sant'Angelo and 15 minutes on foot to all major tourist sights (except the Colosseum which is 30 minutes away). There are lots of restaurants and markets and cafes nearby. Luigi is a great communicator and very warm. Best place!

Luigi - the host was amazing. We were able to enter the apartment early, he organised taxi transfers for us and baggage storage for our final day. The apartment was amazing and the location could not have been better. Loads of local advice left for us and snacks at the apartment including milk and biscuits. Thank you!!

- Luigi was the host with the most, super friendly and had excellent recommendations for the local area. Grazie Mille Luigi! he really helped us have a great stay, you really don't need to stay anywhere else in Rome. - The apartment was spacious, clean and retained a quintessential Roman character, it was beautiful. Beds were comfy. You have a wonderful view of Castel Sant'Angelo and Angel Bridge from the living room and a balcony from the main bedroom. - Even tho the apartment is right by a main road, the windows are properly glazed and we slept through it all. - Location is perfect, a short walk to Castel Sant Angelo and a stones throw away from the Vatican. Everything else you'd need in Rome was also a short walk way, we didn't need to use anything but our legs during our stay and visits throughout the old city. - Plenty of restaurants, entertainment and shopping near by as well should you want to cook using the full kitchen. - All appliances such as heating, internet and kitchen ware were all in working order, having a Washing machine also helped us a lot.

Let me state that we loved everything! But below are a few things to note so you're not caught out. - The main access to the property is a flight of stairs of about 14-15 small steps, once you get over that the elevator is spacious and reminds me of an gilded age hotel. - City tax needs to be paid in cash, I'm sure Luigi would let you pay at the end of the stay, but have that ready and a receipt will be provided. - Like the rest of Rome, the water pressure is low so the showers may not be what you're used to at home but that's what happens when you try to add modern plumbing to centuries old buildings retroactively. - We can't wait to be back in Rome and would definitely contact Luigi direct about staying next time. Thank you again for making this such a wonderful stay for us.

huge place. 3 Rooms. it does have an elevator and from the window you can see Sant’Angelo. best of all was the attention of Luigi and how he helped us in any possible way. high level of service and attention. definitely we will be back to same location. thank you Luigi !

When visiting Roma, to stay in this place is like living in " a dream within a dream". The house is absolutely amazing: spacious, comfortable, clean, bright and full of light, and carefully prepared with all details to make your stay a memorable experience. The location is superb, close to all the main attractions of the grandious and beautiful city of Rome. The name of the house says it all, it is a privileged window to Sant'Angelo, and one can never get enough of this so special view. The host is a fantastic person, always absolutely available and caring. After so many places where we have been hosted we can truly say that this house is one of the most special places where we have ever been and Luigi is the best host ever. Absolutely recommended!!

The apartment is exactly as advertised and as reviewed... spacious, clean, great location, friendly & accomodating hosts. The proximity to the dog park at Castel Sant'Angelo is a great convenience for those of us who travel with 4 legged family members.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable apartment in a secured building with an elevator. Two bathrooms one with a bathtub. very comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Very well located right on the river in walking distance to Vatican, Sant Angelo Castel, lots of cafes and restaurant. Luigi is a charming host who gave us lots of information on sightseeings and restaurants. Price was very reasonable in comparison with other properties in central Rome.
