good location, clean, enough for the price. I reccomend if your plan is not to sit down in the room but to go outside and explore. you dont need a luxury hotel for it.

The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, everything had been thought of. Our host was waiting for us when we arrived - she was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well located and Sea Point promenade as well as plenty of restaurants and shops were only a short walk down the street. It is located on the ground floor so very accessible which was important to us as we travelled with a baby.

exactly as shown on the pictures. Clean, good size, kitchen is equipped, washing machine available. ( maybe a dryer!!!) the location is beyond perfect and the host was very nice and there from the beginning until the end for any questions we might have had. thanks!

Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, fantastic location. Perfect for our 3 night stay with a toddler.

The excellent situation at SeaPoint close to the Promenade and shopping and restaurants.

No generator, thus impacted by the frequent load shedding in that area. A lot of noise by the maintenance team on the Tuesday morning.

Beautiful apartment, exactly as per the pictures, Nicole was extremely helpful, Location is perfect, was able to walk to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Very safe as well. Will definitely be back!!!Thanks again Nicole.

Beautiful apartment perfectly located in Sea Point

The apartment was very comfortable and as advertised. The location was excellent, with it being situated one block away from the promenade, and one block away from Sea Point Main Road, very close to bus stops for public transport. The apartment had all the amenities we required.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, centrally located, well equipped, there was nothing that we needed that they didn't have, and comfortable. Perfect for us and our toddler, bonus being on the ground floor. Check in was efficient and our host friendly and obliging

Flat was a bit chilly, although our stay was during a cold front and would probably be perfect normally. One of the other residents made a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning, which wasn't ideal

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. It has almost everything you need to feel at home; lights in case there is load shedding, utensils, good plugs for charging cell phones, heater, fan, hair dryer; laundry dryer, etc.The location is superb. You get value for money. I will surely visit again. Nicole is a great host. She explained everything well when we arrived.

Perfect, spacious, home away from home. Host was amazing, friendly and made it an extra bit special as I was celebrating my 12th Wedding anniversary and my husband passed away.

The apartment was clean, it is close to the sea point promenade. Amazing views and they added a nice surprise.

It’s an extremely noisy building. The residents make a lot of noise. also only received one large towel pp and for someone with long hair this is not comfortable. had to use one towel for both and when asked for another I was told they dont provide more.

We had to wait 30 minutes for the host to let us in because she wasn’t on site and our plane landed early. It would be good to communicate this so that guests can contact when arriving at the airport to prevent this from happening in future.
