Convenient location with plenty of options for food, drink, and shopping. Short walking distance from 2 subway lines. Great for a group as there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room/common space. The host is helpful and communicative, and offers plenty of information on how to get to the property before the arrival date. Overall a good experience.

Stayed for 2 nights. House was in excellent condition, about 5 minutes walk to the nearest station. Convenient amenities and plenty of space. Host was a pleasure to work with.

Both the property and the location were perfect for our family of five (including two teenagers). Great Shinjuku location/access yet the property is on a quiet street. Kaoru, our host, was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions and needs, including assisting us in arranging transportation to and from the airport. Thank you!

Spacious - our group of 7 fit comfortably here! Convenient- great location near small shops, restaurants and the Obuku train station. I’d definitely recommend and hope to come back again! Thank you Kaoru!

We were in Tokyo for the marathon and this worked out perfectly! Short walk to the train station made getting around super easy and lots of food/grocery places nearby. The place was clean and as pictured/described. We were sad to leave!

Read the check in instructions before you get off the plane! If you read the instructions you will know exactly how to get to the house - which can be a tad confusing. Her visuals are excellent (and you'll need them to use the appliances). I stayed here with my three children (15, 12, 12) and 20 year old niece. We needed a good bed (which they have) and enough space to spread out (which we did) but the rest of the time we were out exploring the city. Very close to the train (which you can slightly hear but not bad at all). Repeat - the beds were very comfortable. There is anything you need walking distance- 7-11, drug store, Don Quixote ( a must!), even a McDonalds ( which my one son would run down to about once a day!). Extremely friendly host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Japan!
