Fantastic customer service and the room was so much more spacious and well equiped than we expected! Everything in our room was very comfortable and clean and it was a very comfortable bed.

The only downside of our stay was that the pool and surrounding facilities were out of order during our stay, but this didn't really impact our trip at all - it would have been a 'nice to have'.

Great service. Eden checked us in and we felt so welcomed. The reception area looks fantastic, it was a great first impression. The room was big and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location! Was able to walk everywhere we needed to.

Shower in a bath for a $500 per night stay not good enough. It went cold to after 2 people showered

No hot water for a shower. Bath floor was dirty Towels were not changed daily - our hand towel needed changing in particular There were no wine glasses or water glasses The batteries of the safe were flat This apartment was not cheap $430 per night so expectations were pretty high. Staff were cheerful, but disappointed in the value for money. Formula 1 was on so I guess this is a chance to charge what they like. Everything was over the top expensive for this weekend.

It was very Clean and Relaxing.

Looked like no care was taken in the upkeep as room and hotel wasn’t the cleanest. Shower leaked water. It also needs a really good scrub as grout and tiles were black, growing mould. Hotel is very outdated. The swimming pool is missing tiles. Our room had a balcony that had a view of other rooms and balconies. Apartment is not soundproof. You could hear people talking in their rooms or outside in the hallway. Was woken up with loud thuds and constant screaming / yelling from people in room above us and outside. The staff member who checked us out didn’t care about how our stay went.
