When i had problem with aircon they immediately swapped my room

Colder pool but it was 35 to 36 all month

really nice spacious room, staff were helpful with renting a bike & taxis.

the aircon was a bit temperamental, didn’t go below 25 degrees but was still better than no aircon

room was very big :)

the location wasn’t great you’ll need to rent a bike, The bed wasn’t the comfiest, it wasn’t the quietest in the morning was woken up early every morning.

The Worst place I've been in Thailand so far.. Nobody is speaking english! no manager around, no office.. i did the check in with a Thai house keeper.. Apparently they are running this place... I've been told that the Owner hide himself in Singapore and doesn't care about his place! he’s just collecting the money! The poor house keepers have to deal with all the problems without any support! The bathroom was dirty and very hold with lot of moisture, it needs to be refurbished! The air con was working but very noisy. The bed was ok, but not amazing. The room was quite clean and I can tell they are trying to do their best, but this hotel need a serious maintenance and update! After my first night we got a power cut and no water.. After 1 h I asked if they knew what’s going and I’ve been told that there was a power cut in certain part of SAMUI. The funny thing is some rooms had electricity and water, but not mine.. I asked them to give me another room. I changed room and after 10 min, I got the same problem: no electricity and no cold water.. These smart people use an electric pump to bring the cold water, so if you have a power cut you don’t have any water at all.. I lost my patient and told them that I wanted to leave this place! they accepted to refund me. Don’t go there!!! this place is a JOKE.

It is a spacious room with big mirrors :) They provided free water every day.

Windowpane was knocking from the wind, only on the last day we understood what was a source of knock. You will hear your neighbors coming home, motobikes are parked under the window (convenient and not). And location - without a motobike it's not good.

Staff, location, peaceful

Little things can be upgraded (shower cleaning between the tiles).. but very satisfied in general.
