كل شي أعجبني مناسب للعوائل وسعره مناسب وهادي مافيه ازعاج
الكنب بالصاله مو نظيف- جلست ثلاث أيام بالفندق وكل يوم أطلب منهم سرير للطفل يقولون طيب وانتظر ماجابو لي لين طلعت ، المشكله كل يوم أطلب يقولون يجيك فوق ومع العلم أنا كاتبه بالبوكينق اني احتاج سرير طفل !

The hotel is very close to the metro station, easily approachable from the airport. The staff was nice and welcoming.
The bathroom needs some refurbishment.

The room is spacious and clean. Safe and peaceful hotel. I like their international tv channels and the big screen. The international breakfast buffet is a delicious and spacious place to eat. Accommodative and polite staffs. Room service is fast..
I don't like the old smells of the carpet in the room. The teabag in the buffet is not packed. The staff in the dining room need little training for SOP of the buffet area. They need to be attentive in taking out plates on the table. But they are polite.

I like tke pool and the staff are helpful..
I didn't like the idea of the family room that i booked as it is 2 separate room, but still glad the executive suite that the receptionist gave. Thank u.

I like the environment and cleanliness here and especially Rameez bhai at the reception is very nice and his conversation is very nice and deals very nice.
