it was very beautiful

there was nothing I didn’t like i enjoyed every second of my stay there

the location was convenient and our room was amazing. the room was cozy and clean.

wasn’t much to do for a resort. only one expensive restaurant and the property overall just looked abandoned. all the buildings had poor maintenance on the exterior. it was not pleasant to look at

The location was awesome if you love nature . And I love nature . The customer service was awesome exceeded my expectations due to bad service from my previous hotel experience with PIC . And I would love to spend a weekend there some time soon .

Room could have been cleaner. Found wow a few areas that were missed in regular cleaning.

TV was not working

the fact we were away from everyone, it was so peaceful and the view over the lake and pool was amazing we could sit on the balcony and watch the thunder storms, it was so easy to go and get balls for pool and table tennis.

due to covid there was only 1 place to eat on site and it wasn't great food so we only went once.

the room was comfortable to be in I did not want to leave, the place was so quiet I loved it. but because there are restrictions due to COVID-19 I wish there were more options of places to eat at instead of driving off property to get breakfast. but overall enjoyed a quiet time away.

Restraunt choices .. only one restaurant is open.

The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The interior of the the hotel itself was very nice.

The pool closes at 6 pm and check in is at 3 pm unless you want to be charged at 30% of the room rate for an "early check in". There are steps inside the pool that used to have blue paint marking that there is in fact not one but 2 other steps under the water outside from the main pool stairs. They have had over a year to fix the paint to show the steps since the pool has been closed due to covid, they haven't done that though. There is NOT one place on this property that serves breakfast. It is a 15 minute drive one way back to a road with food. The exterior of this property looks abandoned and unkempt, the front desk is in the back corner of the lobby, you would never even know it was there. Staff seems all brand new, which they could be due to covid (tired of saying that), but they are not trained well. We were not told which amenities if any were available or that you physically have to check out of the hotel or they will charge you a late check out fee. They decided to inform us at 1 pm after we had been out of the room since 0930 at the pool and we were leaving at 1pm, that they were going to charge us for that. Incorrect. I can't think of a single place in 2021 that you have to physically walk up to the front desk to check out and they never said a word at check in.

Convenient facilities in the hotel. Especially, the restaurant was very good. If you want to have a vacation far from the city and need a relax time, this hotel would be good for you.

The views were amazing, the rooms are really nice and spacious, with the fridge and microwave cooking in some rooms. Perfect and comfortable. The Leo mart on the premises is awesome! Great products for reasonable prices. Something unusual and hotels. Customer Service staff is amazingly kind patient and wonderful.

Higher ups may be sort of shortsighted. Had to buy my own bathmat to keep from falling in the tub. Be careful if you have a little kids. The grounds are beautiful initially, but Parking garage is dirty, extensive mold on the outside of some buildings. But the inside the rooms is very clean and very nice.

All
