I loved the location

the kitchen was furnished with pots and pans that were rusty. didn’t have a frying pan so we ended boiling our eggs. only two pots were not too rusty to use. utensils drawers were impossible to open or close. beautiful complex just need to upgrade kitchen pots and pans so we can cook.

It was furnished and it did come with some household essentials like rice cooker, microwave, dishes etc.

Though outside looked a bit rugged the inside was exactly what I expected. It was a home away from home and not a traditional hotel stay. My children enjoyed it as well. Bedding was extremely comfortable and the home was peaceful! Definitely going back next year!

Didnt like the location im from Guam and lived most of the time in Agana Heights so i knew about the area of Sinajana wished i had gotten the Mangilao one that i ordered.

Location is central on the island, easy access to any place. No place is too far from this place. Payless market, two gas stations/convenience stores within 200m distance and 5 minutes drive from anything you might need. A small convenience store is just next door. Mang Jack was really nice: friendly and accommodating, always ready to fulfill our needs.

I enjoyed the hospitality and comfort of this place, near the beautiful campus of University of Guam and not far away from the city center. There are several grocery and restaurants nearby within walking distance.
