Sehr gute Lage. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Sogar glutenfreies Brot war auf Anfrage zu bekommen. Zimmer sind klein aber sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Personal ist immer sehr freundlich.

Es werden viele Liegen reserviert. Obwohl ein Schild aufgestellt wurde, dass dies nicht erlaubt ist, hat niemand etwas dagegen unternommen.

Hade höga förväntningar på hotellet då det var dyrt. Men jättedålig service, rummet var sent så de sa att vi skulle få två gratis drinkar under tiden vi väntade slutade med att vi blev tvingade att betala för dem vid utcheckning. Fast vi hade blivit lovade två drinkar. Alldeles för några solstolar, slitna och ofräscha rum. Acn slutade funka hela tiden. Kommer inte åka tillbaka finns så mycket bättre hotell som är mer prisvärda och bättre service👍🏼 det här var under all kritik🙂

Das Ozo hat eine gute zentrale Lage, mit schönem Strans und Poolbereich. Frühstück gut, und abwechslungsreich.

Das Zimmer wurde mit seitlichem Meerblick und Balkon verkauft. Das Meer haben wir nicht gesehen, und der Balkon war so winzig in allen Zimmern dass er nicht nutzbar war. Keine Möbel stellbar und kein draußen Sitzen möglich. Das war dann eher schade, und den Begriff nicht wert. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, was teilweise wirklich unangebracht wird bei längeren Aufenthalten.

Sehr schöner Strandabschnitt und sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage. Den Gästen werden täglich zwei Flaschen Wasser im Badezimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. trotz der relativ kleinen Zimmer war genug Stauraum. Das Hotel befindet ganz unten der bekannten Nachtleben Strasse, so dass man von der Partygängern und dem dazugehörigen Lärm nichts mitbekommt.

Unser Zimmer war etwas abgenutzt (Mobiliar) Auf das Frühstück kann gut verzichtet werden! Es werden hauptsächlich warme Speisen angeboten. Käse/ Aufschnitt wie in Westeuropa üblich gibt es nicht. Auswärts kann für weniger Geld super gefrühstückt werden.

Great location in Chaweng. Nice beach and pull. Good facilities. Very good breakfast.

Nothing bad, just that the hotel does not have the atmosphere of a Thai hotel or resort if you are looking for it. Also the area is less active at night compared to the northern parts of Chaweng beach.

The hotel offers great prices for the stay. Very clean beach and wonderful service. The room was cleaned every day once we are out. All the needful amenities are provided. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Also the hotel is near by the airport

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure is the best we experienced in Thailand! Rooms were cleaned daily. The pool is huge and there are plenty sun beds for everyone. The beach is very clean. The location is excellent. It’s close to lots of lovely shops and restaurants. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The stay could be made even better by changing the pillows. The current pillows are super soft - I ended up folding them in half so I could sit up while reading.
