dirty room bad internet bad staff. It was a mistake book in this place not recommended at all.

It is very close to Tuyap Fair, which was our primar destination. Nearby you can find a lot of small shops and restaurants, with very acceptable prices and great food. Some of shops are working 24/7, which is very good. Staff in KAT11 are ok, very eager to help by all means. If you go for work hard whole day such as we did, all you need is hot shower, clean bed and decent wi fi. This you will get here. If you want "Hilton", then pay for it. This is acceptable balance between price and quality. Fair enough.
Payment in cash, so I could not use my VISA card. A lot of people are buzzing whole night all over building, making noise. Two small elevators, always keep you waiting. Despite lot of food shops and restaurants, there is not much to see around.

It was good just of location because it was near to Tuyap and good helpful staff for other thinks don't except to much thinks.
There is no breakfast you need to order from outside, Too many prostitutions going in and out on the building.

Thwy are there to solve any problems for you. The price is very good if you are not very pretentious. Visits for work is the best choise.

We reached hours before check-in time. Mr. Murat not only helped me for my luggage, but he made sure that everything stays great during the waiting time. It was extreme cold outside, and the place was well heated. Staff there is extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist for whatever requirements you have. Cleaning staff was extremely prompt whenever asked for assistance. Facilities inside rooms were far better than what I expected. I extended my stay for several days (5 nights extra) without any issue. Laundry facilities were good, though I used the machine just once, rest of times (twice) it was complimentary for me. It was a great experience staying there...
Its not about the facility itself, but few grocery stores (especially Kaptan), OVERCHARGE a lot. Its a bit tricky to get taxi from there (I used Uber almost every time, and it was reasonable). AGAIN, this is not related to the KAT11.
