12.00PM SHARP CANNOT ENTER TO ROOM USING ACESS CARD , ITS AUTOLOCK

Serene location. Quite distanced from the main road.

First time in 10 years, greeted by 'not a front desk staff' who still busy with his smartphone while I'm already standing in front the counter. Try be a little professional, I myself put the phone aside immediately in case someone tries to talk to me. The rest is ok.

Like the location, pillow and bed, staffs are friendly.

I booked 2 rooms, Deluxe Family Room is good. Deluxe Triple Room has few things that can be improved, as there were no steel spoons to make drinks, no toothbrush, air-conditioning not working properly, only few sheets of tissue paper in the tissue box, Thy Executive general line is out of order.

The security. No one in the reception from 11pm to 7am. I was asked to logged in by key in the password which is display at the reception. The security is loose and I feel a bit unsafe.

Second night stay no water supply. Only manage to take bath at midnight. No back up. Disappointed.
