The stay was V.Goood i stayed in Family Suite. enjoyed the stay with the beautiful view and brakfast was v.goo, location was excelent. I will repeate the experiance.

Breakfast was poor (the coffee really bad of questionable freshness); the room a little cramped; the light switches were temperamental; the bed extremely and uncomfortably soft; service generally non-existent and staff generally unhelpful. But worst was, a week before the booking, giving me six hours (!) after a problem processing my credit card to resolve the issue. Thankfully I was awake and saw the email, so could do so, otherwise the booking would have been cancelled - presumably as they had realised they could make a huge profit with it being the weekend of the Champions League final.

unprofessional in handle problems and doesn’t know how to sleep english. First, our reservation doesn’t show unpaid breakfast in any paperwork and they shared us which is okay! second, the room next to us had a huge fight at night with physical aggression, screaming, yelling & hitting the wall to the extend that our glass wall was shaking. We called the reception 3 TIMES to take an action because we couldn’t sleep at all at 2 am, 4 am & 5 am. We even called emergency bottom on the phone and no one answered!!!! They started to send security around 5-6 am and arguing with the room to “lower their voices” instead of calling the police for them! the next day we missed our appointments & sightseeings in the morning as we couldn’t sleep all night long. During check-out the manager didn’t do anything about it nor apologized!!! They didn’t even offer anything as a complimentary gesture for what had happened. We couldn’t believe how unprofessional this hotel was. we do not recommend to stay in it as if anything went wrong they will not assist you as a 5 star service. We have videos to the next room’s fight but unfortunately Booking allows photos only !!
