Open Plan flat in an established building within walking distance to amenities and the promenade

The Flat was nicely renovated with modern windows which let in light .The Kitchen was well equipped with 2 small fridges .The small bathroom was renovated with a modern shower .The apartment was clean and neat .Free WIFI .Nice to have some lights with battery lights for blackout times

No view .The apartment was in an old building .The freezer space was very small and the TV kept haning

Ian was really helpful and pleasant. apartment is in a a central location, clean and well equipped.

good central location, secure parking, very helpful host. Well equipped

Wi-Fi was temperamental. it was a bit cramped for 4 people and an additional fan would have been good.

Great base for exploring Cape Town and great value for money for a family of four.

Excellent location in Greenpoint - spacious apartment for a couple and two teenagers.

Air con instead of a fan would have been ideal.

Clean ,comfortable apartment .Safe location,parking included on site.Comfy beds and sofa,free WiFi ,good host.Shops nearby @ walking distance if you need anything.Will consider again if visit again.

The place was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place is very quiet. The studio is also clean. The location is close to the sea as well. About 5 minutes walk to the sea . Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

Safe, clean haven.

Our 2nd time staying. IAN, is the Friendly owner. Very neat. So comfortable and everything available on request. Will definitely come back to stay in this safe environment.

It is very near all the excursions and in the middle of all the excitement and waterfront and bus stops. Near prominade. Walking distance. Available wifi that was a necessity.

We loved everything about the guesthouse. It was comfortable and clean. Ian was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Everything we needed we had available in the guesthouse. Loved it

I thort i was sea facing. But was way up the road. Advertising bad. Too noisy.

Very good

The place was excellently located. It was quiet and super clean. I felt safe for an alone traveller.

The only concern was the safety gate of the door. Struggle to lock it from the inside but other than that everything was good.

The location is convenient.. Ample space for 3 of us... our stay was very short but it served its purpose adequately and we were very satisfied
