This was an amazing apartment, centrally located and perfect for our family of four. The hosts were incredible, very communicative and helpful. We will stay here again!

The location was wonderful, able to walk everywhere. It was big enough for our needs. Washing machine was a plus. While we were located right on a busy road, the windows kept out most of the noise. The host gave us lots of good information about the area.

There was a musty smell in the apartment, not sure of the source. It is up three flights of stairs (European third floor, American fourth floor). The host carried our bags but it is a long way up without a lift. It was a little hot but the fans helped.

Super spacious apartment, amazingly centrally located, very friendly and accommodating management team. Lots of toys for the little one to play with

3rd floor, no elevator Extremely loud at the weekend, with lots of people signing, musicians, sirens, etc. on the street until the early morning. It was better though on week days. It is so centrally located that it made it a bit challenging for drop off/pickup with luggage.

the location is awesome, and the space is great value. the staff is very nice and prompt with reply.

there’s no AC, so it can get very stuffy during the day. the place is a bit dusty and i was getting hives after using the bath towels. so i feel like the place needs a detailed cleaning. A lot of the amenities mentioned in the detail were not offered in the apartment, such as toiletries like bath soap. the bedsheets and blanket are not comfortable either.

No elevator so we had to go up several flights of stairs with luggage.

The location was perfect. It was in the middle of the center and walking distance to certain areas. The rooms were very spacious.

The sheets (especially pillow sheets) were clean but there were smelling we couldn’t figure out why? There were no extra pillows, but the house owner will provide them for the next weeks. The bidet was clogged and the owner fix it immediately, thanks for that :)

Great location right at the Rua Augusta and next to many tourist attractions. Very nice and beautiful apartment with high ceilings, spacious living room, comfortable rooms. We had a great time! Hosts were super nice and always available. Also, full kitchen with washing machine and dish washer was very handy! Also, the double window made it the apt vey quiet despite the busy area outside.

The property is on the third floor (high ceilings so pretty high) and is a walk-up. Not a big deal if you are young but it was hard especially for my mother.

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location is very good! It is a nice apartment with everything you need. The apartment was very clean. WhatsApp was used to give messages. We would defenitly stay here again if we return to Lisbon.

We loved the location, very central and easy access to many means of transport, restaurants and historical sites. lots of books and games around to enjoy. T.V was great size and worked well and was a smart t.v. We enjoyed the spacious apartment, the lounge room including the comfy furniture, the dining area and kitchen we sufficiently equipped. It was clean and tidy upon arrival. The decor is infesting. The master bedroom was massive with plenty of space! lovely clean crisp fresh bedding, comfy bed and with extra blankets in the cupboards. plenty of cupboard space with hangers. Iron and board also included. The other bedroom had a double and a single. The double bed had lovely clean crisp fresh bedding and was comfy with extra blankets in the cupboards. since this faces the back, this will offer a good night sleep. it felt very secure with triple lock and bolts on the front door. The main entry door into the building seems a little worse for wear with a constant beeping all weekend long with no one fixing it! check in was very quick, host left lovely message in the kitchen on chalk board for us 😊.

master bedroom en suite: There were two drawbacks, it faced the the Main Street so some noise during the night, but I guess that’s our choice for the location, but worth mentioning, The second was the placement of the shower head in the en-suite bathroom. sadly the shower head was placed so far up that weren’t able to move it freely and it had no height adjusting facility. This sadly was a huge let down especially if you’re short (you’d have 6 foot plus!). Also the shower door was missing a stud so it did not always stay put. hairdryer was rather basic. other bathroom: This needs serious upgrading. we did not use it. It smelled like a gutter, the shower tiles from the bottom coming apart, bath mat was filthy. no towels provided in the bathroom. no bin in the bathroom. no soap dish. very limited space, given the large apartment, it seemed this tiny shower/toilet was not sufficient for larger adult groups. nowhere in the property was the a long length mirror. no kettle it the kitchen lots of stairs! three flights with luggage!😬 absurd late check in fee charged. nowhere has this been mentioned. different reviews state they charge 20 or 25 euro, some after 8pm some at 7.30pm. recommend this cleared up ahead of staying.

Excellent location and good size for 5 adults. We'll equipped for cooking, leisure and sleeping.

Heating controls were difficult to operate or understand, and plug in the basin would not stay down; bidet plug was jammed shut also, so couldn't be used. However, these were minor problems and didn't worry us too much.

Great for family, visited with 3 young children and the house was perfect, safe and easy to maintain, nothing too delicate. Nice bathroom and we'll equipped kitchen. Everything a family needs and good looking. It is right in the center of the city 20 m away from the main walkinh street. Is under management of a management consultancy and they they leave you alone during the stay.

It is on the third floor without a lift so if you have a heavy suitcase take it easy. Did not like that after booking they told us there would be a late check in fee as we were coming after 8 pm, would have been better that they put that in the description, was 20 euro. However on the good side the check in was really fast and efficient and the lady took photos of passports and got the particulars for govt registration by herself.

Nothing, everything is perfect !

The apartment was very spacious, nice and centrally located. Tiago, the owner, is a very friendly and helpful man who takes great pride in his apartment. He informs us in good time at what time we would be present so that he could open the door and explain a few things. If we go to Lisbon again, we will choose this apartment again!

This appartment is very good situated in the center of the town, near the shops and a super market. It has two bathrooms and two bedrooms which is convenient when you are with 5 people. The kitchen is very well equipped and it has also other things like iron board, washing machine, children toys, cleaning materials. It looks a bit like home and not like a clean empty rental place. So you can easily stay here for a couple of weeks. Joseph the caretaker was friendly and helpful. It is also easy to do daytrips to Sintra or the beaches. Lissabon is a great city we loved it very much. Despite the Corona threat we noticed that everybody made an effort to be helpful.

I have some tips. We liked it very much but there are some possibilities to improve. The smaller bedroom is a bit too small for 3 people. I would install an extra bed couch. Enough room for that in the living room. There is no parking place for a car. Perhaps the owner can arrange something with a garage so you can offer one to your clients for a daily price. For people who have a bad physical condition be aware that this appartment is on the third floor without an elevator.
