good location only
the towel is not clean, old one. the chair at the desk is wood, not comfortable, no refrigerator, the clothes is not clean. the floor mattress has bad smell.

Convenient location with restaurants and eateries just downstairs the hotel. Center of JB and price was really cheap.
Very run-down room, only comfortable to stay for 1 night. Don’t really dare to shower in the toilet.

initially the room given to me is too far, light 1 out of 4 is out, then subsequently change to a nearer room. But the room is dusty and the bed sheet is also a bit dirty, the room is kind of like stuffy, but luckily got 2 air cond. The reason to book is due to the location is near to the business location.
