Je pense que ce n’est pas normal de laisser des photos d’y il a 20 ans sur leur site qui induisent les clients en erreur car aujourd’hui tout est délabré, insalubre, cet hôtel ne doit plus être classé en 5* mais 2*. Si nous avions vu l’hôtel dans cet état je n’aurai pas réservé. J’ai également fait la remarque au manager, vu que j’ai payé la nuitée 197€ très cher pour ce que c’est, je lui ai demandé de faire un geste commercial mais là encore c’était non. J’ai dû donc rester 3 nuits dans cet hôtel minable. La chambre sente le moisie, les draps sont humides.

J’ai dû demander au manager qu’il nettoie la climatisation pleine de moisissures car très néfaste pour la santé. Ils ont juste passé un chiffon mais l’intérieur je n’imagine même pas. Je suis certaine qu’ils n’ont jamais changé le filtre. Les portes qui donne sur la terrasse idem, elles ne ferment pas bien il y a un grand écart, là encore le manager à la demande a fait du bricolage pour réparer . Bref il avait toujours une bonne excuse. Nous avons quelques photos pour attester nos dires. Il y tellement de points négatifs dans cet hôtel. Sans parler de ces prix exorbitants au restaurant surtout que l’hôtel est excentré donc si on veut manger ailleurs il faut prendre un Grab (équivalent à un uber) pour se déplacer. Il applique des prix d’un 5* mais il n’est plus un 5* depuis bien longtemps. Nous avons pris des photos pour attester nos dires car je ne comprends pas pourquoi il est aussi bien noté, dommage que je ne peux pas mettre les vidéos car vous auriez pu voir la vérité, et impossible de mettre toutes les photos également. Le sable est très gros que ça fait mal aux pieds, RIEN NE VA DANS CET HÔTEL

Aussergewöhnlich nettes und freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich, sobald man die Lobby betritt wirklich wohl und die angenehme und freundliche Atmosphäre steckt sofort an. Wir wurden von einem sehr netten Lobbypersonal empfangen, die uns mit Willkommensdrinks und kühlen Handtüchern durch das schnelle Check In führte. Die Lage ist Phänomenal, direkt am Strand und der Pool lädt zum verweilen ein. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, sowie die Zimmer.

Wir haben uns von Minute eins unbeschreiblich wohl gefühlt. Man fühlt sich wie " zu Hause". Die ganze Anlage ist wunderschön im Grünen gelegen, man ist vom ganzen Stress außerhalb abgeschirmt und wunderschön in die Natur eingebettet. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und mit großer Auswahl. Alles wird sehr liebevoll vorbereitet. Besonders möchte ich hier Miss Kookik,Miss Ice, Miss Joy und Miss Pu erwähnen, aber dies nur am Rande. Das GANZE Team ist unheimlich bemüht, respektvoll und tut alles, damit sich der Gast 100% wohl fühlt, auch der Manager Herr Manuel Lang ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Der Strand ist klein aber für die Größe der Anlage absolut perfekt! Sauber, gut zum schwimmen, da man recht rasch eine gewisse Tiefe hat;es herrscht im Strand/Poolbereich absolute Ruhe, einfach herrlich. Auch hier das Team ausgezeichnet! Ebenso im Strandrestaurant! Wir hatten einen Bungalow, ruhig, abgelegen, ein Traum...natürlich mit etwas Gehen verbunden, aber das störte uns absolut nicht. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch das hausinterne SPA - man fühlt sich wie im Himmel - besonderen Dank an Miss Rack.

The resort welcomes you with a smile from check-in and throughout your stay. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious. The staff of Garraya is the differentiator; tough, it feels like everyone makes an effort to know you and cater to your needs. The gym is very well equipped and the resort makes for a good self driven wellness retreat.

The spa was good but could have been better, especially for the price.

La villa avec piscine privée est incroyable ! La réactivité du personnel. Le restaurant de la plage est très sympa.

La chambre standard ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles. La plage n’est pas chaleureuse sable peu agréable pour la Thaïlande et la piscine moyenne.

The hotel staff were amazing, really friendly, lovely and couldn’t do enough to help you! Really special people. Breakfast was also a highlight, lovely setting, great choice of tasty food and again friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom in the room was lovely and spacious. Arrival was lovely with a very warm welcome and welcome experience with drink etc.

The accommodation wasn’t 5star. Unfortunately you can see that the property is old and has been taken over. It needs some love and upkeep. Our room smelt damp and felt damp the whole time we were there. It was sticky all the time and the sheets on the bed were sticky feeling as they were damp. Just not comfortable stay. Didn’t really want to be in the room. The pool area also isn’t very impressive. It needs some maintenance to make it feel more luxury and appealing. There also wasn’t really a drinks service around the pool- which you would expect in an up market hotel. The beach is ok- nice view - but the sand is stoney and the waves are very big and noisy - so not relaxing and wouldn’t have been able to swim the days we were there - very windy bay. (I know the hotel can’t change this - but just want people to keep in mind, as it is fact) The food was very good, but not cheap! All in all - it was not a bad place at all- just very pricey for what it is and inconsistent 5star level. The rooms need to be better for sure.

Wir haben insgesamt 11 Nächte in dem wunderschönen Resort verbracht, 2 Nächte in der Poolvilla… Es war alles extrem sauber, die Betten waren super bequem, das Frühstück grandios! Die Anlage ist wunderschön in die Natur eingefügt. Die Mitarbeiter angefangen vom Gärtner bis zum Hotelmanager waren äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend, es wurde quasi jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Wenn wir wieder kommen dann auf jeden Fall dort!
