Apartment is perfect for a family of four.Neat and clean house.Bus stop nearby and a shop right next door so it was quite convenient to pick up anything we required even late night.

Construction work was happening in front of the house which really woke us up early every morning.All the basic essentials were there except salt and sugar which should be kept in adequate amount.

they try to put faulty equipment in the apartment and try to recover costs from your credit card upon checkout without even letting you know

No lift

It was better than expected. The property is cozy and clean. It has all the necessary equipment. Location is alright and quiet. There is a good pizza store nearby.

The building took us awhile to find. The wordings can be a little bigger? Maybe because was night time and got to check-in myself. Otherwise should be fine with the help of the reception.

extremely nice apartment with a bus stop at a 5 min walk and a mini market right outside. 10 min from Lucerne train station by the bus. the balcony at the roof top was so good and we had our drinks and dinner there every nite. very calm and serene location. the separate laundry room was an add advantage.

our apartment was at 4th floor and climbing the stairs with luggage without elevator is a bit of task

if you occupied the 3rd floor and you are carry bug suitcase having a lift is more easier. and for 2 nights is quite expensive.

The location is outside of but the city center is easily reachable via the Number 2 bus. The bus stop is a short walk away. The kitchen was nice and had everything that one would need to cook. The living room and bathroom were very large and well decorated. The apartment was large enough to accommodate six people and easily accommodated my family of 5. There is a playground right next to the apartment. There is also a convivence store and two restaurants within a short walk of the apartment.

There was no internet access provided by the property. The property advertisement does not say "free wi-fi,' but internet access is usually a given these days, and I did not think to check. The bedrooms in the apartment had a dormitory-like feel to it with the beds and the furniture. I did not have a problem with it, but someone might. There was a club down the street that played loud music. The apartment was pretty well soundproofed, and the music did not bother me, but I can see where it would bother light sleepers. Getting to a larger grocery store is not easy, and probably requires a car.

Area is not very inviting and at some distance from city centre (bus ride is free though). Parking is limited, make sure to reserve spot in advance
