It is located close to Luzern station and location is good
Elevator is small and the restroom is not good and not clean and bad smell and wet always. Induction is not even working. Entire room not clean and bad smell not able to sleep

the apartment is in the centre of Lucerne and the view is spectacular. it is a very good alternative to a hotel especially if you're traveling in a group of 4 people and prefer to stay in the same room! everything you need was there and it's a really nice place! and the location is fantastic too!
the apartment is under the roof... so it was very very hot even during the night! an aircon would be really nice and would make the apartment perfect even for hot summer days!

Great location, very clean. Spacious. Staff were helpful with questions and requests.
There is no air conditioning. So a stay in the summer is very hot. There was only one small fan. When we asked they brought another larger fan which helped.

There were a few bugs in the bathroom, some flying insects at night when sleeping, the towels didn't smell good.

the room is not what they look like in the pictures. the room has huge wooden beam feels like a meadevial attic.
the bedsheet are the coarsest that i’ve ever used, i can’t even sleep properly in it, that’s the worse of all.

The room was big and comfortable.

The location was exceptional, on the side of the river with a direct view of the chapel bridge.
The staff were also very helpful as they allowed us to leave our baggage after the checkout time.

the shower is terrible. you can’t even call that shower. there wasn’t water running enough. disappointed.

amazing location. even better than expected. it was very roomy. it had everything you need to cook if you wanted. staff was helpful. everything was clean and comfortable. I just couldn’t get over the views. gorgeous
I can’t really think of anything negative. the couch was a little uncomfortable to sit on but was very functional as a bed.

Roomy with great storage and bathrooms.
It was a bit warm but we loved that the windows opened.
People staying in other units came in late at night / early morning and were REALLY loud but I can’t fault the property for that. It was worth the noise for the location and comfort. I’ll just bring earplugs in the future.
