Clean bathroom
The room is too small for us, and people walk by during midnight, quite noisy, can't sleep well.

Not happy as can hear clearly people talking from next room. 3am in the morning motorbike racing noises. Hard to rest well.

Easy to find the hotel and have a lot of food and restaurant to choose
Have security to secure the car when at night time.
WIFI in the room is not strong because stay in the corner room.

We booked ahead in the beginning of April and even connected with the Hotel staff about our rooms. We wanted rooms with windows. They advise to cancel and book deluxe rooms and we did. Upon arrival, they said the Deluxe rooms are not available and gave us superior rooms with the same price as the Deluxe rooms. We asked, they blame Booking.com for not giving them the reservation on time and when check with Booking.com, they said we ask to be down grade when we did not. In conclusion, we as customer lost the most.... holiday end up with frustrations and disappointments!
