i liked the vintage feel of it

they are located in one of the loudest streets which was unbearable due to their poor insulation of the windows. Also the size of the bed does not fit two adults at all, me and my wife had a hard time sleeping every single night. They stated that they have air conditioner which was not an option because its a central system. i asked them to switch it on because i had to close the windows due to the sound and they said its not doable as they have to switch the AC for the whole building

The location is perfect for the family, it is just near the small playground and kids enjoy it. Also near the shopping malls and surrounded by shops, easy to find coffee, food, and groceries. Walking distance to Metro (Osmanbey), better to use public transport rather than taxis. The receptionist (Ferhan) is the best, very helpful and kind. He made our stay easier for 2 weeks. And also two ladies cleaner was also kind and great. If I didn't meet the three of these guys, my 15 days stay probably seems dark. Thanks and huge appreciate for you all guys, never forget it. I would not give the property's rating 8 if not because of their services.

We had a bad experience at the early time, before making a reservation, I called the property two times to ensure the room that we booked is the room with a washing machine inside. But when we came, it came different, no washing machine. We need to upgrade the room to become the executive room to get the washing machine inside. Need to spend more money on upgrading. Please do not expect the furniture inside like chain hotels, it is not too good if you compare to the chain hotels. Difficult to set the TV, wifi was terrible (in our room, 2nd floor), no free water bottle if compare to another hotel that gives us every day. Since the location in a busy area, the ambiance was very noisy 24 hours. If you are required quiet to sleep, then it will be challenging.

amazing strategic location , the stay was perfect, staff are very friendly and help with everything. view was nice, a very big park/garden and many places are around you (mall, cafes, restaurants, shops, park, metro). my family and i loved the stay, hopefully will stay there again.

The bathroom was smelling bad, the blankets has stains, the door was very difficult to open from outside with the key! We had to ask the receptionist everytime to open it for us when we come from outside
