I paid for deluxe. They didn't gave me deluxe room.

The place is very well located, the apartments are cozy and they provide enough private space if you are looking for an apartment in central Sofia. They are also well furnished although a little used and in need of repair at some places (there was a significant sign of leak on the ceiling in my apartment). You can check out and in fairly easy and surprisingly, parking on the streets nearby is available.

I have to say I'm not content with the fact that I paid for a larger apartment and got a smaller one. The apartment I got was not like the pictures and the second time I specifically overpaid in order to get the bigger one, and I still ended up in the smaller one. It was not a significant problem, yet it was not well explained or addressed. The nights were colder and the central heating understandably for the season was off, however, the AC was also not working, which made the apartment cold. The wifi had absolutely no reach in the bedroom, making it easier for me to go to sleep without internet:)

We didn't manage to use the wi fi code on the fifth floor there wasn't available and couldn't be used .only on the reception could we use it !

The apartment was dirty. There was dust in the bathroom, in kitchen you could see how somebody else has used the toaster and no one cleaned it after. Also was very loud and you could hear guests from other apartments talking and making noise.

We arrived on 09.02 for the reception and discovered that we had mistakenly made a reservation for 09.03. The reception representative said that there was a room available but she would not be able to change our reservation and that we would have to make a new reservation and pay for it again. We contacted Booking and Booking's customer relations representative contacted the venue's management. We also sent two inquiries and so far (it's been a week already) no one bothers to answer. The representative at the reception was shocking and not helpful at all. She screamed at us and said she had nothing to do and that she was not the manager. When I politely asked to speak with a manager, she said that was not possible and when she spoke to the manager herself, we were again met with the answer that we had to make a new order and pay again. As a result of this and having no choice because we had nowhere to stay, we had to pay double and now there is a reservation for three days that no one will take advantage of and they still charged money for it. (just because of a typo) The next morning we tried to talk to the second reception representative who replaced the first one and she was also very difficult and unpleasant even though we addressed her politely and she shouted at us that she was only a clerk and not a manager. The service was some of the worst I have ever encountered. So far no one has bothered to come back with an answer. I do not recommend going to a place that makes money at the expense of people's mistakes.

I stayed in Appartment 1 from 10 till 16 October 2022. I really liked modern design and enjoyed location. There was kitchen in my room, so I didn't try to order breackfast. And all free toiletries were inside, so I didn't have to buy anything more.
