Excellent location in the old Jewish Quarter of Krakow. Exceptional variety of tasty food for breakfast: scrambled eggs and sausages, sauces, breads, vegetables, pickles, olives, cheeses, smoked hams, salami, salads, jams, fruits and many more. Friendly staff willing to help at any given time. Comfortable premises with almost everything in need in proximity.
One time, a room service lady happened to eat some of our road snacks that were left open. We were roaming the city, and when we came back, there were pieces of the snacks that we certainly didn't produce earlier. Addressed this issue to the reception, they didn't seem to do anything about it — "I'll call her and ask what's going on” — no apology from the lady either. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned at most. The touristic location of the Jewish Quarter can get quite loud — such as tourist meetings and Jews singing out at night — many touristic city routes start from here, and at the street is a loud restaurant. Very squeaky bed and doors. Extremely small shower cabin. No USB socket to charge some devices. Sometimes a lack of hot water, assuming some boiler issue.

The hotel is located in the Jewish Quarter which means it's only a 15 minute walk to the Old Town.
Room was very spacious with a big bed in it.
Breakfast had savory and sweet things to chose from.
The place was nice but I was expecting something a bit more modern. Someone who likes vintage style probably will feel more comfortable.
The only minus was the shower cabin, it didn't look too clean. I think it's because it was quite old.

Great position, reception h24, good breakfast: no brioches or cakes, but various tipe of breads, jams, chocolate cream, butter, yogurts, musli, corn flakes and some fruit. Very good scrambled eggs.
The king size bed was made by putting two single beds one next to the other, and they had both individual single bed sheets, which were also non fitting right on the beds. Not very comfortable, it would have been better to put at least king size sheets.

The location is excellent. It is in the corner of a touristy destination, but it is very quiet and secluded at the same time. Less than a minute walk to several good restaurants and with live music. The touring of the city's historic places starts a few steps away from the hotel. The room was charming; furnished with authentic old furniture. The breakfast was excellent. The view from our room was to the city square but the room was very quiet.

Good location in Jewish District, 15-20 min walk to Old Town. Breakfast was ok (nothing exciting, but reasonable).
Bad wifi, could not work, towels were not enough, sheets are too small for the size of the bed, coming off while sleeping. Decor is a bit outdated. Room very basic

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hi had asked a lot of questions before my arrival and they answered them all. Breakfast was good. The place had a nice character. Jewish district is my favorite part of Krakow.
The “queen” size bed was two twin beds pushed against each other. Yet we’re also not that comfortable. A bed topper would easily solve the problem. The bathroom was functional but outdated.

Good location and I really liked the woman giving the breakfast, she was really pleasant and caring.
I didn’t have a hairdryer in the room, had to ask about it, there were no personal on the registration deck when I needed the hairdryer, it was 7:30 am, I had to wait until 8 am to someone to come to the work, but I needed it earlier as I had to go.
Moreover there wasn’t hot water in the shower it was also early morning and I didn’t had another chance as to take a cold shower, as a result I got a sore throat.
And a shower faucet was kinda fixed with adhesive tape.

Location is just perfect as it is in the heart of the Jewish quarter, the Old Synagogue is just few steps away and there are many nice restaurants in the same street. My room had a lovely view. Breakfasts are very good and the staff is exceptional. The lady was very friendly and did a fantastic work to make sure everyone is happy. Room facilities are ok, however this is an old building so don't expect very modern interior, basin faucet and shower cabin should have been replaced long time ago. Still for me the stay was very enjoyable.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Location is excellent, in the middle of the old Jewish quarter. Hotel is basic, but clean. Beds are perfect.
Hotel staff is very friendly, and there's a 24/7 reception. Breakfast is basic, but good and sufficient. There's a lovely lady that makes scrambled eggs for you. We loved it!
Excellent price-quality ratio, would recommend for exploring Kraków.
