great location near to town, separate toilet and bathroom which is very convenient for group and family. Ice and hot water available in bath room, I like using ice water for face cleaning
A strong bad smell, and you can’t check in early then 3pm. they use e-check in.

The apartment is cozy and very near to Tanikukoji and easy access to a few good eateries near the apartment. Easy to get to the airport, just a short walk to the bus stop at Sapporo Prince hotel to catch the limousine bus to New Chitose Airport
Access to the apartment was a bit confusing. The instructions could have been clearer.
Suggest to put a small stool or chair at the door for guest to sit down to put on their shoes. Also there’s no knife or spatula in the kitchen.

Staff replied to my message very quickly and tried to meet our requests.

Very dusty room and bed stuff. When I checked in, it was already dusty on the floor. Even after asking for more cleaning on the floor, it wasn’t taken care.
Bed stuff smelled like not fresh. There was no extra plastic bag for garbage can. Microwave should be prepared.
