Not much except it is right in KSL Mall
Almost everything. There is only 1 lift we could access our apartment and waiting for the lift can take up to 20min or more. The most basic item such as toilet roll was not provided sufficiently. There was only 1 roll inside each or the 2 toilet (we have 10pax), both rolls were not even half & when requested more more, host said NO MORE! What the fish! We will only stay at this place 2 times, FIRST & THE LAST TIME!! Utterly disappointed! I have used booking.com for almost 20 years and have booked numerous accommodations & the reviews I gave has always been very high. This one deserves a NEGATIVE 10!

Room Had Bed Bugs... Found Several Cockroaches Running Around In The Rooms, Kitchen, Cabinets & Living Area... Bed Bugs On Couches... Did Not Stay & Left Room & Booked Another Hotel... Reported Matter To Booking.com CSO However, Still Waiting For Refund Till Date...

As with all places that have food, there are some nymphs present. Nothing that can not be handled with a spray.

it was spacious and clean. it able to sleep for 10 pax and have 3 toilets. it is link to ksl which is just 5min away. the owner response is fast!
aircon maintenance is needed as it leak for both room. the building has cockroaches outside the corridor. The building management need to improve the cleanliness.

the deco was really nice. love it.
the private lift is not really convenience as we have to wait for long time. we share the lift with some other high level floor. i think it should be shared by few level near us (8th floor) only.
the apartment was not so clean and it smelly too. i found some baby cockroaches at the kitchen and in the fridge.
the sink are not clean. so i didnt comfortable to use it..

We had a great stay in this apartment, my sons enjoyed the marvel décors. Many beds and rooms, Aircons working very good. Many eateries in the neighborhood or on walking distance, There is even a inside passage to the KSL mall.

The lift only 1 access too small n too many people hv to wait till 3rd to 4th rounds than cn get into the lift....

Spacious and nice-looking apartment especially if you're a marvel fans. Host is approachable and friendly. My friends and I enjoyed our stay in the apartment
Cleanliness could be improved, we saw tiny roaches crawling on the sofa as soon as we checked in. Toilets has stains and water pressure is not that great.

Very comfortable condo with space suitable for the whole family to spend time together. The host, cleanliness, facilities, view, room arrangement and the interior design are very excellent.. overall I’m satisfied
Leaking air conditioning caused flooding in the living room area and spiderman room.. but it’s not a big deal for me.. I still in love with this condo 😂

Everything was awesome, the pool is huge, the house was huge. i come with 14 people still can sleep comfortably.
Just the problem regarding lift. If you go on weekend, get ready to wait for your turn getting in. Just one lift for one building.
