We stayed in this hotel for the ISE 2023 exhibition. The hotel is outstanding. Unfortunately, it is very far from the Barcelona faira, and we paid over 28 Euro for a taxi each way to the exhibition. Since this exhibition is in Barcelona for the next ten years, we have no choice but to find a new hotel or ask the hotel to pay for our transportation. Our group was eight people, and we had four rooms.

The first experience worker was great and very helpful!

we didn’t know the pool was going to be shut and this is the main reason why we booked.

Everything! Especially the room with a sunrise view & bathtub. The breakfast area & selection were LUSH! The spa & staff was nice! Great place if you want to chill in a hotel.

No fresh air in the room so it was quite stuffy. Location if you want to walk to BCN’s sites.

on Thursday when I arrived. I requested a reservation for the following days; 1) a King room for January 28 to February 7th 2) a King room for January 31 to February 5th 3) two dual bed room from January 28 to February 4th I was told the computer is done, we will make reservations in the morning and let you know. The next morning I went and asked again, no body knew about the reservation? I talked with Guilia, she was nice, she said she needs to call the corporate. I came back in the evening, she was gone and I still did not have the reservation. Sunday, early in the morning before my check out, I gave the information to the front desk and the nice guy at the desk said he will do it immediately for me. I still don't know if the reservation was made and we have these rooms on the above dates?? Please let me know
