I booked my reservations on 3rd Feb, and I clearly stated that I might check in late on 4th 1am due to my arrival from Shah Alam. But when I went there suddenly all rooms are already taken and the receptionist said that it must be booked with deposit. But in the apps said just paid on arrival. What a waste of time.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in.
- The room was too small to even move.
- Beds were extremely uncomfortable.
- Bedside table was too small to keep the things.
- Only 2 water bottles were provided for the whole 3 days 2 nights stay
- Only 1 towel was provided for 2 people
