Could have provided a guide on how to look for the parking spot. Had to tour the entire parking lot searching for it.
There was no mirror provided in the room. Hope you can add a mirror at the desk as the illumination is better there.

Lights in toilet are not bright enough,Tv not working properly, suddenly off by its self and the access cards only function in certain lifts ..should improve for future stays

- they dont change pillow cover,,its smelly
- remote controller for tv barely malfunction
- water flow rate too low

Poor clealiness, the bathroom is full with spiders , and the toilet is with a bad smell, somemore the bathroom water is clogged after showered

The service was excellent. from the start of the check in till the end. the staff was veryyy polite and easy going. definitely recommended to all people that seeks a nice getaway.
