Slechtste ervaring ooit gehad. Op de foto’s via Booking een onwijs mooi zwembad op het dak in een luxe gebouw. Bij aankomst in het gebouw moesten we naar een shady kantoortje waar een vrouw zat die letterlijk geen één woord Engels sprak. Wel kon ze in gebarentaal uitleggen dat het mooie zwembad waar we speciaal voor hadden geboekt, dicht was. Dit was ook helemaal niet aangegeven op Booking. We hebben de boeking meteen geannuleerd en ons geld teruggevraagd. En je raad het al… op geen enkel belletje hebben ze meer gereageerd. €35 voor niks betaald en van Booking krijgen we €5 tegoed ter compensatie….

Do book this room if you need an apartment to work from + WiFi speed is amazing for work zoom calls + the location is top: a supermarket is 5 min away, a close walk to the city center. The area felt safe + the view is gorgeous + yoga deck under the roof + the room is new and everything inside the room is thoughtfully organized + the gym is with the view and free to use + the room is clean and nice

- VERY hard to find the reception area (where they give keys), and the check in process is very slow. It took me an hour (!!!) to find the reception and check in - no communication via booking or via WhatsApp. They also don’t reply to phone calls - usually the staff are nice, but here I didn’t feel welcomed. Actually I felt like they didn’t want any customers there - THE POOL DIDNT WORK and there was no announcement/ warning / discount - very slow lifts, I had to wait for up to 10 min to go up or down Overall, I’d say that when these issues get fixed, that would be a 9, not a 7

Indtjekning var uorganiseret og det tog utrolig lang tid, næsten en time. Personalet var ikke hjælpsomme og talte dårligt engelsk. Værelset var ikke ordenligt rent og meget slidt. Poolen var under ombygning og det stod ingen steder da vi bookede opholdet.

wouldn’t let me check in until 3pm even though the room was definitely clean and free for a long time before that, and they knew i had to go to the airport at 7pm. the wifi in the room didn’t work at all. water ended up leaking into my room, soaked the ENTIRE ROOM and leaked into the hallway! over 2 inches of water on the entire floor. they then moved me to another room, where the wifi AGAIN didn’t work, there were dead cockroaches everywhere, and parts of the ceiling were randomly missing

Durante la prenotazione non era indicata la manutenzione della piscina, abbiamo chiesto allo staff spiegazioni visto che abbiamo speso 4 volte il nostro budget solo per la stessa per rilassarci dal lungo viaggio. Lo staff rispondeva che il giorno seguente sarebbe entrata in uso... Al nostro check out era ancora in manutenzione, non sono state rivolte né scuse né proposte di rimborso o quanto meno colazione pagata. Tra l'altro non è stato facile rapportarsi con staff per quanto lo stesso non parla inglese.

The location.

On the first day, the aircon didn't work and went to report this, and within minutes, someone walked into the room to fix it without considering that someone is still in the room. It was very inappropriate and scary and unsafe. We moved to another room, and we stayed a couple of days, unfortunately, and needed to leave the property. The manager said we can leave and refund us the remaining money, which didn't happen. We also never received our deposit back. I wouldn't go there again. It was a very bad experience, booking.com was really helpful with this booking like other bookings but no answer from this property what so ever.

Fuimos por solo una noche a Kuala Lumpur para disfrutar las torres petronas, contraté habitación con vista a las torres y me dieron otra donde no se veían, escogí este lugar por la piscina infinita con vista a las petronas y la piscina estaba en mantenimiento no se podía utilizar, reservé con 1 mes de anticipación y por los comentarios que leí la pisicna estaba en mantención desde al menos 2 semanas antes de mi llegada y nunca me avisaron, de haber sabido hubiera cancelado la reserva y buscado en otro lugar donde se cumpliera lo que necesitaba. No lo recomiendo para nada, volé a este lugar para no poder disfrutar nada de lo que contraté.

The location, surrounding and view from the rooftop

The parking is expensive. The check in is manual with cash deposit. You have to find their small office at level 1 to get your key. No clear instruction on how to get to the room. I booked for two studios and asked for side-by-side during booking. But was given different level at different blocks. Actual rooms are smaller than advertised. The pool was closed for repairing works and it was not mentioned during booking. Very dissapointing. Check out could only be made at 10 am.

The room was very beautiful and spacious. Location is nice. I found walking in the city quite difficult (I always walk to anywhere) but taking a Grab from here was cheap and simple (Altough when coming from the bus station with Grab the address is not found with hotels name from the Grab app. You can choose The Colony by Infinitium and it will drop you in front of building B, then you’ll need to enter the empty shopping mall and head to floor 2, where’s the check in). The bed sheets smelled very nice and overall the room felt quite clean. The fridge and laundry washing machine were clean and useful. Shower had very hot water. The staff was friendly (but difficult to reach). Very nice gym and the rooftop area.

I recommend reading carefully the bad reviews from here and also from Google. I did not before booking. I booked this place after a long journey of backpacking in different hostels and now wanted something more luxurious. The pool was the reason to choose this place and also it’s the first thing mentioned in the room description. I booked the room about 2 days before arriving. When I arrived, I found out that the pool was under renovation and obviously it had started before I even booked the room, but no mention about that anywhere online or in the booking confirmation. Please believe the reviews about difficult check in. I had booked an early check in at 8am and that was confirmed through WhatsApp (no answer through booking.com). My bus arrived 5 hours early to Kuala Lumpur so around 3am I tried to contact the staff to ask if they’re open, if I could wait in the lobby etc. No one answered so I needed to spend the night at the bus station. When I arrived at 8am, there was no one, I had no instructions how to find the check in desk (I found instructions of some customer from Google). There was self check in possibility but it needed an QR code which I didn’t have. At 8.15 I got a message with the instructions how to find the check in desk and when I arrived, it was closed. I started calling again and at 8.30 a staff member arrived. I still needed to pay the whole 100 RM from early check in, there was no apologies whatsoever and the staff member didn’t really speak English, but I still found her nice. There was big cockroaches on the room, in my room luckily only in the bathroom, but I saw pictures of them on the bed and felt very uncomfortable and unrelaxed waiting for them to show up. No cold water from the clean water machine, it was very hot even it was supposed to be cold. The dishes were a bit dirty.

Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel. Alors évidemment on n'est pas sur une qualité hors du commun (la chambre un peu sale, des traces de moisissures au plafond, la salle de bain avec encire les restes des anciens occupants) mais pour le prix c'est incroyable

Une organisation à la réception très chaotique. La saleté de la chambre par endroit. Et la piscine non accessible sans aucune information

Не очень чисто, заляпанная пальцами лампа, в ванной плитка и зеркало были заляпаны. От балкона на ковре оставались белые следы. Но это все мелочи:)

Достаточно чисто в номере

Не предупредили что бассейн не работает, персонал не найти и не дождаться, не могут решить вопрос! Сообщение пришло что депозит не требуется, но все равно взяли! При раннем отъезде надо заранее искать и ждать персонал чтобы вернули депозит ( просто ужас! ) не рекомендую

Новое здание, сделанное из самых дешёвых материалов, такое ощущение что уже разваливается

Персонал не идёт на контакт, после дождя этаж затопило. В туалете воняет. Бассейн на ремонте, депозит ни в коем случае не давайте, сделают все чтобы его не возвращать. Мне в итоге депозит так и не вернули, сославшись, что я не сохранил бумажку, которую они называли чеком) выселять стали за 15 минут до 11 часов. Заселение происходит самостоятельно, так что никто ничего вам не расскажет. И самое главное во многом хотели снять жилье их за бассейна и вида. Бассейн оказался на ремонте, о чем мы узнали в момент заселения, прочитав это в объявлении в доме. Обходить стороной это жилье

The room itself was lovely, with a super comfy bed and great views of the city. Great to have a kitchenette, iron, hair dryer and washing machine. The location was also good. TV with Netflix was great too.

Sadly, the pool was closed during our stay and we were not notified until we checked-in. This was a shame as we were particularly looking forward to using it. However, the gym and sauna were available for use. Also, there were a few spiderwebs here and there in our room, including in the shower so it would be great if the cleaning staff could take extra care in future.

The views to the Petronas twin towers

The only purpose on staying in that place is the infinity pool with the views. The infinity pool was closed and don’t seem will be open anytime soon (check that before booking). The room was dirty, the sheets and towels had stains and the hot water didn’t work (good thing Malaysia has a tropical climate) Be sure to arrange the checkout in advance to avoid any surprises

Didn’t receive any notice before booking that this property is having swimming pool maintenance. The place was badly smell. Need to pay the parking bill by using cash?? So outdated.

Nothing only photos but in real life it’s different

I don’t like what they lie me what is good hotel It’s not hotel it’s apartment I come 16.01.23 at evening ,put my bag with passport and go to see city ,come back at 4:00 and cannot open door but the door sistem no working and need battery recharge Two days I cannot come inside and don’t live at this place ,rent another hotel and two days come try to find office every time no have body When I say what I call police and my passport inside come some guy Wchich one not smile and looking like why you come who are you

I did not receive my deposit back on banking card, host doesn’t answer me. So be careful, take you deposit right away, or it will be gone

Room very nice.

I had waste my time to find my room no. Information given not clear and inaccurate. Host did not inform earlier to prepare deposit rm300 and parking were chargeable. Host inform that parkig max charge RM13 per day. However i need to pay rm22 (checkin 12pm till 11am). Most of local & foreigner guest i met complaining dissappointment and in the same situation.

Nos recibieron una hora tarde y no contestaban los mensajes. Cuando llegamos al cuarto el baño estaba sucio y orinando. Nos cambiaron a otro donde no había agua caliente y los artefactos no funcionaban. No cambiamos nuevamente por agotamiento. La atención es mala. Los ascensores son terribles, no están sincronizados y tardan mucho. Nos ofrecieron un descuento por poner 5 estrellas de Review, todo mal.

Het zwembad en het uitzicht waren prachtig. Het bed is zacht. De kamers zijn klein maar wel erg netjes en schoon.

Het was moeilijk om de receptie te vinden, we kregen geen contact met het hotel hierover. Ook kan je echt pas inchecken vanaf 15:00, wat vrij laat is. In de kamer waren niet overal gordijnen waardoor een deel van de kamer de hele nacht werd verlicht.

I loved this place. Wifi works great, view from the pool is awesome and the communication with the agent was very quick and fluid. I also loved the real local market 10 min away from the apartment

The location was good

The check in process is difficult and inconvenient, when arriving we had to ring the number about 10 times to get through to staff to come and check us in, following this we were told via WhatsApp that we could pay the deposit via card, this in fact was not the case, causing us to walk with our luggage to an ATM and be charged to withdraw the cash. Our first room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our stay, the wifi and tv didn’t work either, when we complained about we had to move room after having unpacked and had washing on which lead to a complication over when we could move. The pans did also not work on the cooker making it impossible to use. Once arriving in our second room it smelt like sewage for the whole stay and there was no hot water from the shower.

My wifi didn’t work for 6 days (they hadn’t paided the bill), I contacted 3 times about the situation but got nothing

The bed was comfy, the wifi is strong and stable, and the location is next to local restaurants.

The actual check out time does not match the check out time on Booking.com (06:00-12:00). I have informed the staff about my check out time to be 8:00 am. However, when I was checking out and messaged them, the staff will not do anything unless it's 10:00. I had to remind them of my check out time for them to arrive. The security doesn't know what to do because the staff (hotel agency) and the security doesn't talk. The hotel is also hard to find. There is no sign at all that I had to message the hotel staff.
