Good location and friendly staff. Good communication before my arrival. Location is good, walking distance to the riverfront and a lot of good restaurants and dining places around.

When I arrived I found dead cockroach in the middle of the bathroom. Also the towels and bedsheets hard marks, stains and were grey and yellow. The next day towels were changed and they looked cleaner. I just recommend to pay close attention to the washing quality of towels and bed linens.

Everything is good. What i like the most is the staff is very polite.

Where should we start...? The two most important points at any holiday for us are to get a clean room and to be able to sleep at night after exiting days. Unfortunately both are not available at the Padungan. The room was everything but not clean. Hairs on the toilet and all around in the bathroom, yellow stains on the bed, the pillows and the shower towels and dust all around the room. Really dirty all over. Sleeping at night is impossible without ear plugs (and still with them it's so loud due to the traffic around the corner). Fun-Fact: the hotel knows about this and sell earplugs at the reception but you will not find just a little information in their hotel description. All in all it was a really disapointing experience.

Room big and bed also big.

Pillow to small and not comfortable whan request from desk ask must pay. Tv not working as well after request to fix the staff ask me I wrong press button. One guys come to fix but still cannot I asked him come after check out.

Room is spacious. Hair dryer and water heater is available in room. Private parking provided with first come first served basis. Drinking water provided.

Muddy wall and floor in bathroom. No instant coffee or tea available. Iron is available but no ironing board provided.

Easy to find the food.
