The location is good but the condition of the room are a bit run down , the drawers not able to close…

very convenient, just a few mins walk from the shinjuku station. the room is clean and looks “not old”. but remember to bring adapters for your electrical devices. there’s no usb plug.

Been staying at this hotel many times due to its fantastic location. But the room needed updating.

Room is bigger than the many hotels we had been in. Not much on the view. When we entered the room, we were greeted with a waft of toilet smell (stayed that way throughout our stay). Carpet is worn. All else are acceptable.

Amazing view and big room

Conveniently located. Very short walk to Shinjuku station. 7-11 conveniently located at level 1 of the building. There is an airport limousine bus stop at the hotel. Easy online booking of bus.

Great location. Super close to everything you need. The train station is literally around the corner. Beautiful views of Tokyo as well.

Close by the shinjuku station

Love the location, easy access to the train station and walking distance to Shinjuku shopping area. However, the TV choices were very limited. No English movie channels at all. Also, would be great to have massage or spa facilities available within the hotel to ease our tired bodies after all the walking and shopping.

Japanese service and customer focus is legendary. Not this time. After a one night stay, we were to return for an additional 2 nights after a side trip. At check out on our first stay, I specifically confirmed that our reservation was intact, and, that there would be 3 beds in the room since I booked and paid for a triple room. “Yes your next room will have the 3rd bed.” All good. Upon return, the front desk clerk said that we had a room with 2 beds. Not correct. Rather than checking again, she proceeded to firmly insist that the reservation I made was for 2 beds. So on to the routine to pull up the reservation on my phone. Then she has to read it, more than once. Then call over yet another clerk. Same routine. But now it’s, ok, we will make sure you have the triple room as booked. But please wait until we set up the room. No apology. No empathy. Didn’t even believe me, and now I had to prove that I paid for something they were not prepared to provide, and when they were proved wrong, they didn’t acknowledge it. This is very uncharacteristic of the property (I’ve stayed here 7 times already). And extremely uncharacteristic of Japanese service. There are many, many fine hotels in Tokyo. They will get my business going forward.

Staff were friendly , lobby is clean and bright. Can’t fault the location but the hotel room need a face lift. Dated.

Reception was friendly n helpful. Property is well maintained n location is excellent .

Perfect hotel and location for your first Tokyo visit. Right near subway/trains, friendly staff, super clean. One of my favorites hotels in Japan. Fully recommend!

I used to stay in this hotel for many years when traveling to Tokyo, but this time I feel like the hotel is deteriorated a lot without proper maintenance. I was assigned to 23F however the room got some strange sound from the washroom which should be flushing from other rooms or other floors! It’s non stop especially during night time until 1am! We called out to the front desk but they only asked us to change to the next room but with the same problem! The hotel manager, who couldn’t speak English, got very bad attitude and ignored our callout by keep saying Japanese! I won’t come back to this hotel anymore despite I was their long term customer for over 10 years!

Consistent top notch room conditions and staff service. Will sure return when revisitingTokyo.
