Hotel is a little outdated and could do with a bit of a refresh. Bed was not comfortable.

I stayed at 3 star hotels that were just as nice. Not worth the price unless you don’t know what to do with your money.

Hotel was great in terms of location ie accessible to shopping and dining. Restaurants at the hotel were mediocre compared to many choices available outside of the hotel. Spa services exceptional, highly recommend Diana for massage and body treatments.

Hotel is well located and beautiful. View over the park is magnificent. Staff and services were excellent. Food in the club room was as good as it gets. Excellent breakfasts and you can easily make a dinner out of the hors d'ourves at happy hour. Totally enjoyed our stay.

This round stay was not as nice as the last visit. Room Service and Front Desk was not as good as the last visit.

Spacious rooms with very modern amenities, outstanding breakfast buffet, impeccable hospitality, and very attentive concierge staff. I was delighted to stay here, and miss this wonderful hotel—and its staff—already. I hope to return! 😊

Have stayed at quite a few KL hotels and this is by far our favourite and why we book it every time now.

The service at this fabulous hotel is truly 5 star. The location exceptional, the views of the city from your hotel room exceptional, the room and all its facilities luxury and very comfortable, we decided to stay a second night just because we enjoyed the stay so much. I really want to highlight the concierge team who were incredible, not just for the friendly advice they gave us, but for the above and beyond service they gave when I realised in the taxi that I had left my hat on the plane. It was really sentimental and a gift for our honeymoon. They not only tracked it down but got release forms so that they could pick it up on my behalf. They kept me updated by WhatsApp and I was over the moon when they sent me a picture of it waiting for me in the lobby. I was truly moved. The service at this hotel is exceptional. The manager is on the floor at meal times making sure the ship runs well and greeting hotel guests, the food is amazing too, we had the all you can eat seafood night with free flowing wine, and then also the all you can eat breakfast with Chinese, continental, Indian, fresh omelettes and more. We also had a swim at night and the pictures will show just how special that is, especially when you emerge from the pool to warmed towels laid out for you. This is value for money!! Make sure you visit. You won’t regret it!

Survive is really bad. For cleaning the room you have to wait 8 hours and for calling the receptionist

The room had a kitchen with a washing machine and dryer which was very useful for my family:)

I ran across a booking tour issue, and they tried to resolve it. Resolution resolved. I've worked out all my life. They have by far the best gym I ever experienced. And I am very critical of this. For me, it's a lifestyle. And they delivered. Malls are nearby, and I enjoyed the options at the mall. When I return to Malaysia, I would consider this hotel. Not everyone can have a room with a view of the Petronas twin towers. We did. Malaysia is the place to be, and I will be returning.

The staffs in this hotel are extremely helpful & accommodating. They pay attention to the clients, responded rapidly & efficiently. They go out of their way to support clients during their stay. My mother is on wheelchair and received proper care in this hotel. Thk you very much. From Singapore.

Excelent in every single aspect of it! Not even hotels like Atlantis in Dubai have that service and atenttion to the guest.

Very good but being Mandarin chain I expected a bit more.

The Mandarin Oriental is a wonderful hotel, great location, friendly staff, multiple in-house dining options, lovely spacious rooms, nice pool with food and drink available. Opulent in the extreme I would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody wishing to stay there

Very pleasant. Staff are very helpful. We need nitrile-gloves for pulling up compression stockings, they bring us some immediately . Breakfast is very good, so many varieties. Service is excellent Great location, KLCC just beside the hotel

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain. Overall we were happy with out stay ay Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Will definitely come again!
