Nothing I like.

There is no other hotel staff except the lonely receptionist at the counter offered for registration. The used towels not collected until yourself bring them to the counter to exchange for new one. No wardrobe, no mini fridge, no provide bottles of drinking water, no soap provides and the worst thing is allowed one door access card for one room. The 2 floors consist of about 20 guest rooms and only 4 room has a small and blur glass window for street or backyard views. How the hell this hotel can rated at 8.2. This hotel should be rate below 5. After all this is not a hotel and is a lodging house.

Cleaniness and soundproofing is worst. The condition of the room is worse compare to what shown in photos. I saw cockroach in the room. Mold in the bathroom. Stuffy air in the room.

Location is good but the room conditions was worst.

The room condition,totally different from pictures And the bathroom is stink.

Poor maintenance of bathroom. Molds and grout everywhere. Aircon smell of cigarette stench.

There was no breakfast. Location ok

You are lack of some items in the toilet. We have no place to put our toiletries. Toilet bowl seat was so bad. Please do change the cover. The main door was hard to open and close. No lift was bad for people who have difficulty climbing the stairs. Other than that not to bad. We didnt take any photos.

TV is nice

1. Kettle is not provided. 2. Small room (hard to perform prayer for muslim) 3. No elevator. Inconvenience to travel with luggages. 4. Poor air-cond. 5. No telephone.

The room was cosy even though it's quite small. Air con was very cold and tv has plenty of channels to choose from. There's 8 pillows for 2 king size beds and both toiletries and clean towels provided. Lavender bakery was just a few shops away from the hotel.

Vinyl flooring was bloated esp around sink and toilet area. Electric kettle provided but water dispenser only available at the lobby area. Might have parking issues for those driving in as the area was a row of shop houses hence, parking is limited.

The bedsheets are stained and room wasn’t as clean as expected with some corners dirty.
