The grounds were actually amazing. Perfect outdoor patio and pool space. The upstairs balcony was beautiful too. However, the space was not well stocked. There were no extra toiletries for us to utilize. Also the property manager forgot that I paid for early check in at 12PM and the property wasn’t ready by the time we arrived. No code was given to get into the house & there was a gardener still working on the pool I have to seek out communication to get the access code. For that reason, is was not a 5 star experience. But everything else was wonderful!

Great location and clean

Truly enjoyed the home. Clean, great views, friendly neighborhood and surprisingly close walk (1/2 - 1 mile) to many restaurants and bars.

The property owner/manager “Jessy” has 0 communication skills, very unresponsive. The moment we got to the house we messaged her through verbo, texted her and called her and she never returned our call/messages. The house had a bad smell the moment you walked in. It smelled like a gym and I think they knew that because they had fragrance plugs all over the house but they were all empty. We all got allergies in the house because it was dusty. The master bathroom had so many spiders and spider webs ( you would think that with the cleaning fee we pay we would get a cleaner house). There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, no trash bag and the wifi was not working. We were able to fix the wifi after a couple of times of unplugging and plugging it back in. Besides the cleanliness issue and the unresponsiveness of the owner. We were concerned after reading the lease policies and how parking in the street was prohibited when I specifically asked if there was enough parking for guests because we were having an event in the house. The main reason we booked this house was because it was the only one that said that events were accepted, and Jessy said that guests could park in the street. There is no street space!! And the policy says that it is not allowed. Someone was sent to fix the internet, but that was the least of our concerns because we had fixed it and all our other concerns were not addressed and again Jessy never responded. Aside from all the bad we made the most out of it, the location of the house is great very close to the beach, mall, and restaurants, but I’m sure that for the price we paid we could’ve stayed in another place with better customer service and cleaner.

Listing said we would have a private dock but when we showed up it was not available. It was taken down and roped off before we arrived. Had to reschedule a boat trip I had planned to pickup at our dock.

House was great, plenty of places to sleep for a large group, pool is very nice, location is great, minutes from downtown and a short ride to the beach. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and definitely will come back. House was nice and could tell it has been updated. Pool area is very nice. If you bring a boat trailer I would suggest finding storage for it, I put mine in the driveway but it was very difficult to get it in with the narrow dead end road and cars parked on the street, that would be the only thing I change on my next trip.

We had the best time staying at this beautiful home situated right on the canal! The location was perfect close to Town and the beaches and had everything you could need during your stay! The yard was perfect for our group and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and spending time in the large, open gathering spaces indoor and out. Our host was responsive and accommodating and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious weekend away!

Our stay was met with excellent service from Jessy. Smooth communication and was very flexible with a check out time when our group experienced flight delays. Tons of indoor and outdoor furniture and the kitchen was a great size for cooking in. Beds were super comfortable, too! It is the perfect distance between the beach and in town bars that are an easy walk or quick Uber ride. The house had a few bugs/cob webs upstairs, but everything else was perfectly clean. Would highly recommend for big groups!

Cons - property needs repairs. Outdoor area is very very run down, misc broken furniture, bathrooms not clean, pool was dirty and no skimmer provided. Pictures are not accurate of pool area/outdoor furniture. Overall - wouldn’t recommend to a friend and wouldn’t return. I relayed all this to the owner before posting this review and was not offered any sort of refund for this stay.

5 out of 5 stars! This house is gorgeous and in the perfect location close to Las Olas. The check in and check out process was super easy and the house was in perfect condition when we arrived!

Location and house were amazing! The upper deck was beyond relaxing and you are walking distance to many great shops and food. Make sure you bring your own beach towels and paper towels but if that is our only 'issue' I think we are doing okay! Would 1000% come back and hope too!

Such a nice place and great host. Jesse was wonderful to communicate with and was sure check in and departure were nice and easy. The house, pool, water view and location were as good as it gets. Will be returning next time I plan a long weekend vacation. Thanks so much Jesse!!

The property manager is wonderful, very helpful and really kind. We checked in to the property with no issues. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house has 3 full baths which is perfect for people trying to get dressed for dinner in a timely fashion. The pool is amazing. The cabanas are amazing. The view was beautiful. Overall I would give the stay a 10/10. ☺️

Enjoyed our stay overall. Pool was cleaned the day of our departure which would have been nice to have it done prior to arrival. Transition from dining area to kitchen has a 1-11/2” trip hazard which caused a few near misses. Liked the lay out of the house and would stay again.

My 6 girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was beautiful, clean and spacious enough for all of us and the location was conveniently located near bars, restaurants and the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better time!

Check in process and communicating with the host was great, but everything else was not good. The cleanliness of the property was poor. Every bathroom was dirty, half of the clean towels were stained, the kitchen countertops were dusty and sticky, none of the provide kitchenware and glasses were clean as well. The pool was not kept up and the backyard was run down. No where in the description of the listing disclosed any type of cameras. We found cameras in the patio area where we felt uncomfortable and did not use that part of the house. Location was nice and secluded but wished the house had some sort upkeep and warned guest about cameras on the property.

My group of friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this location! The property is in a great location, just a short walk away from Las Olas Blvd and a short drive from the beach. The house was super cute and slept a lot of people, and we had a great time making drinks and lounging on the back porch. I only gave this property 3 stars because it wasn’t clean when we arrived. The bottom of the pool was dirty and the upstairs bathroom and kitchen didn’t have any hand soap. The towels in the upstairs bathroom were also dirty and wet before we used them, and a lot of the glassware in the cabinets was dirty as well, so we washed everything before using it. Other than that we had a great stay!

House was perfect for our bachelorette party! It was very clean and private. The beds were comfy and it’s just as pictured. Would definitely recommend.

The house was a great fit for our multi-generational family trip. It is set up nicely for kids and adults. We caught and ate fish from the dock. Swam in the pool. The renovations were nice to the older house which is on a changing block (many mansions going in). Close to food, beach, yet secluded at the end of a road. Maybe a bit more attention to the floors and surfaces for cleaning, but otherwise very clean and spacious. Would recommend highly

Chaise lounge broke, bar stool broke, sheets dirty upstairs, shower leaked to downstairs bedroom, commode on right bedroom was slow. Manager gave us 1 day credit.

Great proximity to the Las Olas Blvd activity, yet on a quiet street. House had all we needed for a nice stay. A great choice in Fort Lauderdale. Thanks.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday, the property succeeded my expectations. Host was always in communication, only thing I have to comment is that we had to buy paper towels and toilet paper. Overall, very great property
