Bedding was good, as was the location

Never again deal with the agents who run this place. They threaten to cancel your fully paid and confirmed Booking.com booking if you don't go through a convoluted security check involving videos and sounds. They sent more than 25 emails with various useless information, links that must be followed with threats of cancellation, and further requirements. The keys were not available on arrival! We were let in by a neighbour! The oven didn't work and fell out when we opened the door. When we reported it we were asked to send photos and fully describe the problem! The "bath" has a shower attachment that is completely broken. The "second bedroom" is not a room - it's a compartment in the ceiling where you can only kneel! Never again. Pity, because it's a great location.
