Staff (both at reception and restaurant) was very nice and always helpful. I requested a room change and they kindly did so. The hotel is located 5 minutes walking from Taksim square but also walking distance from many monuments and historical places in Istanbul: the amazing Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, the Turkish and Islamic Art Museum, the Galata Tower, the Basilica/Cistern. The hotel is perfectly located for someone who wants to enjoy the city by walking and admiring its art, architecture and heritage.

The staff were very helpful and always smiling. The property is very well located near taksim square and istiklal street, near to metro station. hotel was very clean and the views from hotel was awesome too

Excellent Location. Makes up for all other shortcomings. The shower was the best I’ve ever experienced. Excellent pressure from shower head and new clean bathrooms.

The breakfast was the very worst I have ever experienced. Almost ZERO selection. Nothing to choose from. Was not worth waking up to. No attempt whatsoever to even offer a cereal or bread. There were only rolls. Few odd unmemorable things. Cannot attach any worth to the breakfast. Really sad considering that the venue upstairs actually has a pretty view. Rooms very small.

breakfast is very bad paid for 4 nights and I had the breakfast one time only due to lack of options. if you travailing with kids and big bags the in and out of the hotel is very difficult to walk elderly people they can’t manage to reach the entrance.
