Young breakfast staff just standing staring through you. They need to smile more. It’s just the younger generation. Bananas at breakfast would be good!

Breakfast was only okay, sausages burnt, and food should be probed regularly, as it was not very warm.

Nice quiet breakfast area, fantastic location, I had a room overlooking the seafront which was lovely.

Stain on the carpet, soap all in the shower upon check in.

Guy on reception on the evening was useless had to ask him 4 times to get the pillows changed in the room as my wife had a reaction to the feather ones in the room

I felt that the dinner menu could have been more of a choice.

Some of the front desk staff need training on customer service and personal hygiene. White/Grey shirt is not a good look for a front of house staff member.

On arrival was upgraded to a lovely sea view room, breakfast was best hotel breakfast we've had in a while. Great Central location

The location is perfect right on the beach. Its bright and modern, spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. The room was fantastic. The food was amazing

Absolutely loved the view from our room. The only down side was the windows didn't open. I wanted to hear the sounds of the ocean at night, and get some sea air as we slept. The plus to this was what ever noise was outside, we didn't hear at all. The air conditioning didn't work in our room, yet as soon as we reported it, 2 fans were supplied to us. The breakfast was gorgeous and lots of variety. Cleanliness of the whole.hotel was exceptional. I'm already planning out next trip, but with the kids this time.

The staff were all incredibly friendly & helpful. Special shout out to Kay on reception who was fantastic and really fun.

This was the third time my friends and I have stayed at Hampton, always enjoy our stay. The lady on reception is just wonderful very friendly and professional ( I think her name is Joy?)

Our room was missed one day from being serviced, but the upstairs staff they came right away with clean towels, tea & coffee, and couldn’t apologize enough, so it wasn’t a big deal.

Mentioned it was my partners birthday before arrival and was surprised with a card and balloons in the room. Great value for money! Complimentary breakfast was fabulous I believe every guess for that too. Great staff and facilities! Very clean and staff really professional and friendly

I liked the shower as it was clean and spacious. but that's about all i liked about the entire place.

I didnt like that the room was very small and cramped and that it was roasting and even though i went to reception to ask soomeone to make sure my aircon was on it was still uncomfortably warm and stuffy and i didnt sleep at all

The air conditioning system complicated couldn’t switch it off or alter it? So it was quite cold with a thin quilt Mattress firm not as comfy as premier inn

It was perfectly placed on the beachfront and close to a tram stop. I loved our sea view out of a large patio sized window.

Stayed there before, and it’s a lovely clean hotel in a good location.

Our bed was terrible,it felt like we were sleeping on top of the springs. We were only there for one night so we managed, but any longer and we would have needed either a new mattress or change of room.

The hotel was perfectly situated for our trip to the Pleasure Beach, easy to find and with good parking facilities for a reasonable price. The rooms were comfortable and well priced. The bar was open late and a good breakfast was included.

The bathroom was a little bit worn and torn, but perfectly functional and had no actual issues.

The Staff are all lovely. The room was spacious and well equipped. The food was delicious and well varied

The cleanliness may need attention - particularly on door closers and bedside tables

The location was good not far from the pleasure beach

I thought it was over priced for what it was, the car parking fee was £15 just for the night and had to move in the morning extortionate price to have to park your car while you sleep. I was also very cold in bed the flimsy covers are not warm enough so didn’t have the best sleep.

Me and my lad booked here not expecting much but it's fab, you don't need to book the hotel carpark for £15 because it's free if u park at the front of the hotel or at the back. Overall brilliant and breakfast is awesome 👌. The guys ar the bar couldn't do enough for us even giving my lad free cordial for his bedtime drink 😀

Everything was spotless but my lad struggled to open the bathroom door which was connected to the wardrobe 🤔
