Frühstück. Sehr einfach.

Had an early morning flight, so had to leave at 5AM for the airport. No food was available....even having something on the go would have been appreciated.

Relaxed, super friendly, lots of places to eat and drink within the hotel as you can nip next door to the other Marriot. The rooms are big and spacious - bed so comfy! Loved the gym and outdoor pool with sun beds…perfect for my stopover before flight home 😄

The location and the bed was comfortable.

I was treated very badly by the breakfast staff. I was going to have breakfast and asked the check-out clerk to hold my luggage since I did not want to wheel it into the breakfast room. I left my room key and luggage and proceeded to the breakfast room. I got my breakfast and then a person came to me asking for my room number. I could not remember it but gave her my name and told her that the key was at the front desk because I was leaving soon. My plate already contained the breakfast and I did not want to leave it unattended to go for the key. I told her again that my room key was at the front desk which was approximately 50 feet away. I also asked her if she could wait a minute or check with the front desk because I had a rate that included breakfast. I also told her my name and indicated that it would be on her clipboard where she was ticking off persons who had a rate with breakfast included. She began harassing me during my breakfast for my room number. Another person also else came harassing me for it. In the meantime, they were smiling with other customers and ticking off their names on the clipboard. She refused to believe me and continued to treat me like someone who was cheating to get a free breakfast. Finally, a woman came and slapped a bill down on the table in a very aggressive manner indicating that it was the bill for my breakfast and I had to pay it. I felt the strong and determined negative behavior directed towards me by these two women. I got up without finishing my breakfast and went to the front desk and asked the clerk to tell the ladies my room number which showed that I had breakfast included. This experience ruined my day. I felt totally and completely humiliated and wondered why was I subjected to this.

It was very close to the airport, modern, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We used an Uber to get to the cruise port the next day. It was about 20 minutes at most.

All was good.

The staff weren’t very helpful & found it difficult to communicate as they seemed to have difficulty understanding English. maybe it’s the accent.

I thought $9 for a can of lager in lobby shop was exorbitant…. Eggs benedict in main restaurant at breakfast $ 16- 18.00… hmmm was expensive enough especially when it was extra for juice & coffee … bit petty I thought😵‍💫

Location of the hotel was ideal as we needed to return to the airport the following day. The transfer operation was swift and efficient. The rooms we tidy and a good size. The facilities in the room were very good.

The check in could have been quicker but they reported that it was the fault of the way booking.com entered the reservations into their system. THe restaurant service was not as efficient as it could have been.

The front desk rep gave 2 free bottles of wine for our honeymoon night

Location and free shuttle from the airport was the key decision factor for us. a 5 minute ride from the airport and we were in the hotel ready. Short Uber to south beach so location perfect.

Not an issue, but a typical airport hotel lacked atmosphere. Not really there long enough to use pool and other facilities.

Localização era boa e o transfere até o hotel era bem prático, saía a cada 15 minutos e também não tive dificuldade em pegar ele no aeroporto quando cheguei. A área comum do hotel era ótima.

Os staffs poderiam ser mais gentis, fizeram uma reserva de crédito no meu cartão sem avisar, depois questionei e eles comentaram que seria estornada.

The hotel is just a few minutes from the JFK airport with a good shuttle service. The hotel has a good lobby area for work or relaxing and a decent restaurant. The room was comfortable, Wi-Fi was fast and stable enough, and check-in / check-out was efficient.

We absolutely hated the “perfume” smell of the lobby. While the hotel room was very nice, we hated being in that “air freshened” and don’t imagine it is healthy to being around that much air freshener. No more Marriott’s for us.

Good location, used as a transit stop between flights. Staff was friendly, although bus driver seemed to be trying for a bigger tip.

La ubicación genial, la atención de los empleados muy buena y muy colaboradores, excepto una señora en la recepción del Restaurant, yo pasé sin esperar me asignaran mesa, error mío y me llamó la atención de forma tan desagradable, que los compañeros se dieron cuenta de cómo me contestó y trataron de cubrir esa deficiencia con creces!!! gente motivada a prestar una atención óptima y consiguieron tapar ese momento incómodo y seguí asistiendo al Restaurant por lo cómodo y agradable que es!!

Shuttle to and from airport was efficient and I liked the restaurant and bar

I guess there’s 2 hotels on the same property, I went to wrong one first. There was also some location confusion while using the Uber app, but the driver eventually found us.
