The distance between the parking lot and the front door. The lady at the reception was very nice.

Air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Breakfast was good, location was convenient but too close to a very busy road and therefore was noisy.

The staff were indifferent to the point of being rude, and the room was messy and smelled strongly of urine.

Pool and jacuzzi were out of order. Stopped my trip early to watch football playoffs and the hotel didn't carry any of the channels and I think l paid enough for them to have them.Not happy.

Facility was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good - Scrambled eggs & sausage, waffle maker. We had enough plugs for phones, watches, computers

room service entered the room at 0845 without knocking, no verbal warning before or after opening door. Family dog was freaking out.

Loved the bed and pillows. Nice staff. Very welcoming.

Train was a little loud, but they prepared us. Pool was not useable due to lack of staff issue.

the pictures were quite deceiving of this property. The doors were not secure. They barely connected with the frame, so anytime anyone else was opening a door(which people were in and out all night long) it sounded like someone was breaking your door in. There was also a ridiculous amount of light coming in from the doors. There was no a/c in the bathroom, and it is Texas. So that bathroom was extremely hot. also the light and the exhaust fan was just one big open hole in the ceiling so you could see all the way in the attic type space.
