It is a few blocks from the ocean.
The roof leaked when it rained. There was not a proper lock/security on the back door. There was rotten meat in the fry pan when we arrived, we had to clean it before use. We left property outside and it was stolen. Two of the bedroom doors were dysfunctional.

The location
Furniture was grubby. Steps to bathroom and toilet from kitchen. Far too expensive for what it was, obviously there has been leaks as paint is patchy in quite a few places throughout the house.

Great location. We had friends in the caravan park, so perfect location to visit. Enough space for two families, who had a great time.
The third bedroom's bed is really only big enough for one adult. Layout said 7 persons, really should be for 6. Didnt impact our fun stay, as we had a small child to share in a single.
