Door lock not secure, solo traveler not advised. No lift so access for elderly or disabled persons is extremely limited.

I didnt like it because of the location. No parking space provided,i have to turn around like for 8th times until i get to secure a parking. Secondly the hotel is at the 2nd level without lift! Definitely not suitable for an elderly to stay and a big No No if u are travelling with luggage! When i enter the lobby,staff just mind her own business without even want to greet me with a smile or maybe a welcoming words!
