The location was great. Minutes from the Trevi and Spanish steps. Good shopping area. Lots of cafes etc.

When we arrived at the apartment I called the number on Booking and got through to someone who sent a guy to deliver the keys. We waited around 45 minutes for him. We were 9 girls on holiday and this guy handed over one set of keys to us for the weekend. I told him that this was not sufficient and he said he would ask his boss for another set. We had a look around the apartment to assign rooms and quickly realised that one of the rooms was not a double with a single bed as advertised, but in fact a double with what looked like a large footstool for someone to sleep on. We pointed out that this was not what was advertised on the ad. He said that the sofa bed was made up for us in the living room but we explained that we had not intended for any woman in their 40s to have to sleep on a sofa in the living room and that had the single bed been just that, we would not have needed it. He said that he would look into getting the single bed put in. He gave me his mobile number as a contact and left. That evening we discovered that one of the showers was unusable as the drain was blocked and the water overflowed from the shower basin. I called both numbers that were given to us, but got no reply. Next day I texted, emailed and called several times to ask for a second set of keys and for the shower to be fixed, but again, no reply. Having one set of keys was not just inconvenient, but in fact dangerous, as we would have been left outside with no contact from our hosts, had we lost that set or left it in the apartment. We also had to move as a convoy all weekend because of it. We had two showers between 9 of us which was absolutely unacceptable. The cafetiere was missing a handle, leaving it dangerous to pick up without getting burned and there were no cloths in the kitchen to dry dishes or to pick it up with. There were several bulbs missing around the apartment, leaving it very dark as it was an internal apartment.

We try to call the owner to get the aircon repair in the master bedroom repair and he dont even respond .there was heat wave in italy end july 39⁰. One bathroom the shower is broken .No dishwasher soap or shower gel . You arrived late in the afternoon so for late arrival you have to pay 30 euro this is not acceptable

Good locatjon, pillows were comfortable, enough space for our group of 8, good A/C in rooms where they worked.

A/C did not work in one of main bedrooms and our contact would not make any attempts to fix (it needed coolant-we read the manual on google) or acknowledge the problem while we were there. All 3 shower heads were terrible, and sprayed water everywhere beyond the showers. Bulbs out in some of bathrooms and did not come to replace while there. Not fully clean-dust very thick on headboards, light switches had dirt from others hands (I cleaned myself so clean now), floors not clean. Communication lacking with owner/contact-took over 24hrs to respond by email, could not reach by phone # provided ever (I called at least 10 times), slow response to texts once arrived, failed to inform us it cost extra for later check in (I emailed a week out that we would probably need to arrive 4-5pm) and to provide fee per person in cash until afternoon of day we checked in. Therefore, response by email was only prompt 1 hr before arriving so we wondered until then if we would have a place to stay at all and if we had been scammed. Communication was absolutely terrible.

great location very central to see the sites. Bedrooms were nice and great to have 2 en-suites.

very big disappointment when we were delayed because of flight so checked in at 9pm and we were charged a late check in of 30 euros, this should be stated in the booking.com website. We complained that the floors were too clean not was our toilet and also sent photos of this but did not receive a response despite me chasing via WhatsApp.

Big apartment, super clean, at a great location. We booked with 10 people and they even placed an 11th bed for us. There is airco in every room that works perfectly. It's a pleasure walking in after a day in the hot sun. We stayed here as a group of Friends and enjoyed our time in Rome a lot, the apartment definitely helped with that. Almost next to the apartment there is a great place for breakfast. And down the street there is a really affordable italian restaurant. There are supermarkets nearby, there is a taxi spot around the corner, and the metro station is very close. I don't think you can find another appartement with such a great location for this price.

The communication on checking in could've been a little bit clearer. But overal the host replied fast and was very friendly.
